This place is losing its edge. A group of us would always go for lunch at least twice a week. Last time it took forever to get our food through the drive thru but it was hot and fresh so we kinda brushed it off. Now today we ordered and waited 30 min in the drive thru. Was late getting back to lunch and then our food was burnt. Patties on the signatures were all small and crispy. My fries were burnt and crispy. The onion rings were burnt as well. I ate part of my burger and just put in the trash. Unfortunately I try to give places multiple chances but today was absolutely disgraceful. I hope they see this review and go back to the way they were preparing food before. It used to be delicious and I would brag about Dolly constantly. I think that ship has sailed.

The prices for everything was so outrageous I couldn't believe just for a fish sandwich they wanted $12.99 the salad bar was 1099 but there wasn't hardly anything on it there wasn't any bacon that's there wasn't this croutons were stale by the way there wasn't any egg there wasn't anything that the usually a salad bar would have on it so you paid 1099 for a house salad I would not go back here again not recommended

This was the worst food I've ever ate.. our poor server tried so hard.. my bf picked up his burger and it was so greasy and sloppy that the bottom bun was non existent.. the table next to us was talking about ants being on their plates which made me lose my appetite.. they replaced my bf burger and took his meal of the bill .. needless to say we will not be eating here again

Had an Excellent Breakfast at Dolly’s restaurant , Breakfast bar items were fresh and refreshed often , waitresses were kind and service was great , highly recommend eating at Dollys !😁
