Every time I order take out, the food is messed up in one way or another. The service is awful all around, takes waiting 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the front for a pick up order (not even busy inside).

First time and the last time i'll ever go here. We barely seen our server the chicken came out raw. The sauce for our starters didn't come out the way we ordered. When we wanted to go, we ended up waiting another 20 mins for our check. As we probably waited another 5 for her to come back to get my card i handed it to her as she completely ignored us and started to help another table like we weren't even there. At this point was i was already irritated. The burgers were okay and so were the starters.And i don't recommend

We ordered $71.00 worth of food the steak was so over done and so tuff. The potato skins were just that hardly any cheese or bacon bits. The salad was horrible. I ordered boneless wings got bone in wings .

Food was completely overcooked and they had to remake it. Then the second time they forget to put sauce on it. Waitress was terrible and i had to go up to the bar to get a drink

Great establishment, kids eat free, nice banquet room and bar as well.
I'm not a huge fan of their food but most who dine here enjoy it! They do have some really good pasta salad.

Went to Frickers in Troy Ohio tonight as a spur of the moment decision. They were not super busy, but yet we waited awhile to even place our order. There were 3 adults and 1 child. The 3 adults ordered an app of the cheese fries with just cheese and bacon only. All of the adults got burgers. We waited 35-40 minutes for our food. The app came out with our food. 2 of the burgers, the buns were like bricks. Not sure what happened there. The 3rd burger was just ok. And the app of the fries that should've came out 15-20 minutes prior was wrong and had chili on them. The waitress had walked away to go to another table. As she started to walk back by, she saw my husband make a face as he was dishing them on a plate and realizing the order was wrong. She said she would be right back with a new and correct order. Those came out about 15 minutes later and she pretty much just dropped them on the table and kept walking. She never once checked on us, asked us how the food was or ask if we needed any refills. My husband did happen to complain about our buns on our burgers and she said she could have new ones made up to go, which we did not want at all. She eventually took the 2 burgers off of our bill. We wish we would've picked someplace else to go...we will not ever be going back.

Decent spot to grab a bite and watch sports. Wait staff is very attentive. Pretty standard bar/wings food.

Placed order at 5pm for 7pm pickup. Didn't get food til 8pm. Had to warm everything in oven when I got home. This is the 3rd takeout order I've had problems with in 2024. Girl at front of house was overwhelmed and taking phone orders while 6 people were waiting on their orders sitting behind person taking orders. All orders appeared to have issues. Missing food, wrong food, etc. A manager should had either step up and help or someone should have been designated to help. I will not be making anymore purchases at the Troy location.
Put my order in online; paid online. Order wasn’t done when I got there(waited 20 minutes), even thought I made it to be picked up in advance by an hour. When receiving my order, they gave me the wrong sauce, and the wings were not sauced. Not at all impressed
