Definatly not fast or friendly here. More employees in store than people. Waited 2 minutes to order, 5 minutes for them to make sandwich. The employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency. Soda machine out, boxes on counters. Sandwich was kind of skimpy.

I placed an order over an hour ago and it’s said out for delivery for half of that. I still don’t have my food. My mind is blown by how “freakishly fast” could mean waiting this long for a deli meat sub. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again and I will definitely be contacting corporate to give them a piece of my mind. Unacceptable.

Great fast service. I always order delivery and my food is delivered fast and food is fresh. No issues with delivery ever and the drivers are very friendly.
There wasn't much meat on my sandwich. The bun was hard. And they only have cold sandwiches.

Walked in and felt awkward because the employees didn’t really acknowledge or greet us. The employees did not seem to understand what they were doing… it was like “freaky slow”. Sandwiches were wrapped very sloppily.
