The employees told me Tap to Pay doesn’t even work. Couldn’t even buy anything. Probably the worst experience I ever had at a JJ.

Fast service and good subs for a fast food chain. Inside was really clean and staff were professional, polite, and quick. Even with a line we were in and out in about 5 minutes.

When the order came.out at the end of the line the person handing out the order verified what we had (a couple of special requests) before handing the food to me.

Close to the freeway and easy in and out of the parking lot.

I'm done with Jimmy John's, and it looks like I'm not the only one. The food is pretty good and I'll miss it (sort of), but I'm tired of the terrible service and messed up orders. It just seems like the customer is always an annoyance at this place.

Every time i go to this place they screw up my order. The guy got smart with me because i asked for extra onions said you already got extra were talking about onions that are sluced so thin yoy can see through them, i offered to pay for some more onions and he said he couldnt do that. This is the same guy when someone pays for hot peppers he puts 3 on. I eat here 3 times a week and i usually tip but i wont be doing that anymore. I have to watch them make my sub now because they cant read a ticket. So when i order a sub that comes with tomatoe and i dont want it but i want more onion i dont see the problem. I wish there was another Jimmy Johns around because i would drive to that. Whoever the manager or owner is needs to talk to their employees about taking pride in their job because they all act like they dont want to be there and they screw up orders 90% of the time. Whoever the short man with glasses hes the that smarted off to me and makes crappy subs and hates his job. I hope someone has a talk with him.

I have ordered online the last three times and each time, its been 30+ minutes before my order is complete. I will not use mobile ordering anymore and just order in person.

They forgot my French bread, I had to ask for my drink and they didnt give me my cookie. The sandwiches have maybe 1/4 of the ingredients than the pictures show. Never ordering from a Jimmy John's ever again. What happened to this place??? I paid 52$ for bullshit. 90% bread.

This is the WORST jimmy johns ive ever been to. I want a refund. This isn't what I was advertised or what ive ever seen at other jimmy johns in the past.

Dont give me a cut and paste response.

We stopped in today for a quick lunch, which turned into a lesson in crowd control. An entire select soccer team came in all at once and completely overwhelmed the place. The line got so long it blocked access to the booths, and there was no system for calling out orders—no names, no numbers, just a guessing game at the counter.

Orders came out in no particular order, and no one really knew what belonged to whom. Once we placed our order, we were stuck. Couldn’t leave, didn’t really want to stay, but had no other option. Eventually, people walking in were told they weren’t accepting any more orders.

If you’re heading to Jimmy John’s for speed or convenience, you might want to have a backup plan. Today, a drive-thru anywhere else would’ve been the faster choice.

In fairness to the business, the food was enjoyable. However, I’m not sure I would’ve donated that much of my day for a a full-blown 5-course meal.

The people here are just liars. Walked in for a delivery and was told it was being toasted,. 10 mins goes by and it wasn't even started. I don't come here hardly at all so it's disappointing that they couldn't be honest from the beginning. Don't eat here!

Definatly not fast or friendly here. More employees in store than people. Waited 2 minutes to order, 5 minutes for them to make sandwich. The employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency. Soda machine out, boxes on counters. Sandwich was kind of skimpy.

Hardly any turkey on my sandwich and there was a brown hair hanging off the side of the sandwich when I opened it! (We are all blondes in my world......)
