I had an experience at this Troy store that has lost them a long time customer. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant before. I made my order and paid by card at window. Fellow asked me to pull forward. I said nobody else here. He said if someone comes it’s a problem. I told him if that happened I would pull forward. Next thing a woman is jamming money in my hand. I said I don’t have change coming. She said it was my refund,they didn’t want my business,leave. I said what? She said you refused to pull forward,we don’t want you here,get out and she left. Of course i was mad and blew my horn and hollered for a manager. She stood in there,yelled that she was,and stood there waving bye. No explanation,just pure rudeness.

Hate to give this place a 1 star because the food is always really good, but the service and people here just absolutely suck. This is the SECOND time while going through the drive thru they had me "pull up to wait" and they forgot about me. After sitting in my car for 20 minutes, I go in and say excuse me to the woman with the "assistant manager" tag and she completely ignores me. After finally getting her attention, I tell her I've been waiting in my car for my meal for 20 minutes. She says "well what did you have?" She then yells to the people in the back "you guys apparently still have a person waiting outside". After a minute she hands me my bag, turns around, and walks away. No "sorry for making you wait" or "have a good day" just walks away. Whoever runs this place should be absolutely ashamed to have people like this working there. If it happened one time, I wouldn't make a big deal, but this is the second time this EXACT SAME THING has happened. There's no excuse to be this rude to a customer.

We ordered two tender boxes and 6 sauces. Tenders were anything but,and only got two of the six sauces we PAID for. Person working the drive should work customer service. It dosnt cost you anything to CARE.

I've been waiting over 20 minutes for a delivery order. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window they told me they were working on it, and more than 10 minutes later I called the store to ask what was going on and I was informed that the chicken was still cooking and cuss that by the manager. Training new employees isn't an excuse to be unprofessional or have 20 to 30 minute waits for something that should have been stocked up.
