Waited 25 minutes for my order. Asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes, but when I got home, one item was missing. Went back and they gave me chicken instead of the potato wedges I ordered. Super disappointing.

Came at 8:37 at night, tried to come inside for a quick meal to go, seeing as they're closing at 9. Door was locked.. so I went t through the drive thru, shut down, drove past the window and the girl was just sitting on her phone. Again they close at 9, tried calling the store twice no answer. I'm genuinely confused because I feel like if something was wrong there should've been a sign, but no. This is not the first time this has happened to me here

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Husband just went through drive through, no other cars in parking lot or drive through, waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the window, he ordered a 10 pc bucket and they said it would be 30 minutes because they had to make it. Mind you, its 6 pm! Dinner time and no other customers! Ridiculous! Needless to say they lost our business! He left!

I had KFC a year ago and it was horrible! I said I’d not eat there again. After some time and this free bucket of chicken deal we decided to try once more. This time it hit! This is what KFC is supposed to taste like. Everything was perfect! I don’t know if it was a bad day last year or what but I will be dining here again! Thank you thank you thank you for making it yummy again!!!! One happy customer!

The people there are very unfriendly they don't know how to get your order right and when you call back to try and get your order corrected they argue with you and tell you what you ordered so I'm a liar I guess the one I ordered what I ordered and they told me that I ordered something else very rudely I suggest you stay away from there the food sucks anyway!!!!

Had to take the time to put this review in. The employees Taylor Ruby Carson and Sam were so friendly and professional. This was my best KFC experience ever. The whole team deserves a pat on the back!!! Food was hot and fresh as well 😋

Truly no reason that anyone should choose to dine here. We ordered biscuits, original recipe chicken, mashed potatoes, mashed potato poppers, and sauce for poppers. Was given some original recipe, some extra crispy, and lots of mashed potatoes. Thankfully I checked my order before we left, and I went back in. I told them of all they forgot and got wrong, and they said they gave extra mashed potatoes because they are out of biscuits and mashed potato poppers. They never told me that initially though, they just let me leave thinking I had our entire order. So they replaced items we wanted and paid for with items that would’ve cost us less that we didn’t order. Very frustrating, and it’s not the first time they’ve done something like this to us.
