The worker assured me there were free refills on the horchata (my favorite!) since recently they had a fountain drink of it... but when I went back up to ask for one, he changed his mind. It's a bad business practice to promise things to the customer then take them away. They also don't offer punch cards any more. Other than that, I used to enjoy this place.
