We popped in 30 minutes before closing, staff was very friendly, and they did not skimp on the tuna. One of the best Paneras I have been to in a long while.

Ordered pickup breakfast and got home to find everything was wrong and or missing. Fought with Panera corporate for over a month to get a refund. They think saying “refunds take up to 30 days” will get them out of it. I had to call customer service 6 times and email as well. What a joke.

First time eating here. It was OK nothing special. Definitely over priced!!!
Service is beyond slow. 12 minutes after my receipt printed to get my 3 item to go order. To go order was missing a Mac n cheese (double checked the receipt and item was paid for). At least 10 people were waiting by the drink area waiting on their food blocking the area so others couldn't easily get drinks.

This place is why we need a ....Mcalisters in Troy Ohio. There was barely any content on the sandwiches and the quality is meh. My child couldnt even eat the kids' grilled cheese. Just about every table in the place was dirty with junk on it and there was barely anyone dining in.

My mom, aunt, and I ate here for breakfast on Sunday morning. They were out of croissants and souffle. We ordered cherry pastries with our sandwiches and they tasted like day olds, not fresh. We got our order in quick but it took about half an hour to get our food. The dining room was dirty. Normally during a busy time I would understand all of this but there were a lot of employees just standing around. I usually have a good experience at Panera but this one was below expectations. It is my first time visiting for breakfast and I will probably recommend somewhere else the next time.

I asked for a side salad with French dressing. It had somekind of white dressing on it. I asked if the chili was mild. They said very mild for people with stomach issues. I ate two bits and had to stop. It upset my stomach. I wasted over $11.00 on food that I could not eat.
