They have good food but don't carry gluten free items so we had to stop coming

May as well have ordered a salad with how this sandwich came out. I've had poor experiences with Panera before, but I've never received a sandwich that was so destroyed right out of the wrapper. I will give it to them they got the modifications correct (no tomato, no garlic aioli, added red onion). There was also the issue of about a 25 minute wait due to what I can only assume was their system being down however multiple orders placed at the register went out before anyone asked the group of about 5 or 6 people waiting for carry out orders. I give them a 3/5 I've had better experiences with this location plenty of times, but this one was a pretty big red flag for me. Not very attentive staff today, very poor service, but at least the order was correct.

Check your bag every time if you're getting food to go. They REGULARLY leave items out of the bag. I've had this happen so many times at this location. There is a checklist on the receipt that is NEVER filled out.

We popped in 30 minutes before closing, staff was very friendly, and they did not skimp on the tuna. One of the best Paneras I have been to in a long while.

Came in today for a quick bite to eat. Caitlyn was so pleasant that it really helped my crappy day get better. Every Panera needs a caitlyn🙃

Ordered pickup breakfast and got home to find everything was wrong and or missing. Fought with Panera corporate for over a month to get a refund. They think saying “refunds take up to 30 days” will get them out of it. I had to call customer service 6 times and email as well. What a joke.

Service is beyond slow. 12 minutes after my receipt printed to get my 3 item to go order. To go order was missing a Mac n cheese (double checked the receipt and item was paid for). At least 10 people were waiting by the drink area waiting on their food blocking the area so others couldn't easily get drinks.
