My mom, aunt, and I ate here for breakfast on Sunday morning. They were out of croissants and souffle. We ordered cherry pastries with our sandwiches and they tasted like day olds, not fresh. We got our order in quick but it took about half an hour to get our food. The dining room was dirty. Normally during a busy time I would understand all of this but there were a lot of employees just standing around. I usually have a good experience at Panera but this one was below expectations....
We stopped in for lunch today and had the best experience. As the manger Zachary was taking orders, he was greeting customers in such a friendly way. He then walked around busing tables and checking in on customers. Never have I ever had this kind of experience at Panera where the service was superb enough to catch the name of an employee. Autumn Squash soup and Fugi Apple Chicken salad was amazing too!
We just had lunch on our way down to Nashville for a girl’s trip and LOVED how welcoming the manager Zachary was! What a ray of sunshine. He had us laughing and smiling and made our lunch pit stop super enjoyable!
