Delivery time is always an hour. Once they outsource my order to DoorDash and it was two hours late, and cold. Twice I’ve gotten raw, doughy pizzas. This time, I ordered light sauce and it was swimming in sauce. Also, they gave me part of someone else’s order. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the manager did offer a refund or to remake the pizza.

The so called GM banned me from the store because I asked him to remake my food and the hotline he gave me when we had called was a hot mess line. This so called GM need fired. All I asked was for one simple thing but hey I got my money back at least but these people need shut down. He said we was lying about everything on our order too but online it says differently plus we order the same thing every time.

First time ordering in years - and the last. The majority of my toppings are on a 1/4 part of my pizza. Seriously not appreciated. Delivery driver was great. Food was not what I had paid for.

39-49 minutes was the expected time of arrival...They made it within the seconds lol. I thought it was exaggerated to beat expectations, nope.

I live in the townhouses behind this dump and I will be calling corporate on the driver you have that constantly blares his music in his car between deliveries. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this entire neighborhood should have to put up with that.
Food was fine. but sorry why did your delivery driver enter my house and set my pizza down in my sunroom??? like okay yeah it's on me for not having my phone number updated, but legit no knocking or anything as far as I could hear??? uh maybe just mark it as ordered and leave it outside? do not enter a random person's home! otherwise okay, just weirded out.

Placed order online at 4:15pm app said order was delivered at 5:44pm but nobody knocked and it wasn’t outside anywhere. I called and they said it was left by the garage and it was not by my garage or any neighbors garage…. They said they were remaking it and would call when they were outside to make sure they were at the right house. At 6:35 I got half of what I ordered and the driver called and said that the other half wasn’t done yet so he would go back and get it and bring it right back…. Who delivers half of an order!?!? I get a phone call at 6:45pm that they were just now making the other half of my order. I called at 7:50 to check on it and they hadn’t even started it. It’s now 8:14pm and still don’t have the rest of my order…

Have ordered with them multiple times. 10% of the time they’re close to being on time. This time, I ordered it at 5:32pm. I scheduled it to be delivered at 645. At 715 it wasn’t here yet. I called and they hadn’t even started it. He seemed offended I didn’t want to want another quoted 60-75 minutes for the delivery. Done with this place.

Ordered pizza on a busy Halloween and even though very busy, they got the order right in a reasonable amount of time. A lot of hardworking people in the place. Manager was running the front and was friendly and professional. Knew a few of the local customers by name.
Parking: Ample parking right up front, available day or night.
