Biggby Coffee Reviews
This place is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly person. I got a “behind the scenes” look at the place this morning. The ladies working there were very efficient and calm under pressure and appeared to be having a great time. The manager there, Abby (ie?) was very professional and top notch. This is a great location and the drinks are excellent!!!
⭐️ THE WAIT IS OVER…and worth it!!!!⭐️
The number of times I’ve passed this while under construction and wished it was open is uncountable! Today was the Grand Opening of Biggby Coffee - 817 Arthur Rd. Troy, OH 45373 — the line was quite literally wrapped around the building…and then add another building.
While waiting 45 min in the drive-thru line (which I anticipated for it being opening day), I witnessed the owner outside of the walk-up window...read full review
Great coffee and friendly service. They were busy but what restaurant/store wouldn’t be for on opening day. We will be back. Also the owners are super nice and greeted people at the walk-up and in the drive thru.

BIGGBY COFFEE is a new, highly recommended coffee store for the community. It is a tiny drive-thru location that can get clustered and have a bit of a wait, but customers consistently report that the wait is worth it. The line can be long, even wrapped around the building, but the service is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly, professional, and calm under pressure, appearing to have a great time while working. The owner is often mentioned for being super nice, outgoing, charismatic, and very kind, personally greeting customers, shaking hands, and thanking them for coming, which makes the wait more enjoyable.
The drinks are excellent and taste amazing, receiving top ratings. Specific items ordered include the sweet foam campfire cold brew, a Butter Bear Iced Latte from the secret BIGG LIST menu, and a Magic Milk for kids. The food is also praised, with the sausage egg and cheese bragel (or Asiago BRAGEL) noted as an excellent breakfast sandwich and the best in a very long time. Everything is tasty and made with love.
The establishment is veteran owned and run by the right people with the right intentions. They are already donating to a local foster organization and giving to organizations that matter in the community. Overall, it is a great location with top-notch customer service, food, and drinks, making it a valued addition to the area.
