You need to start asking what type of bread when taking orders. The young girl working today never does. Even after telling her she should I heard her taking orders after us without doing so.

Sunday 1-18 about 2 pm. Place was dirty food all over the frier and counters behind counter. Guy taking my order ask what do you want no hi no smile just what do you want and started firing questions about bread hot or cold ect.
He was the only one waiting on people and making the sandwiches. 3 other people laughing and what not behind wall.
The sad part was the place needed cleaning and nobody cared.

I can accept a one off but it was a heck of a one off and there should be some accountability. Just went in to stop and get something reasonably quick before stopping maybe at my mom and dad's and then going to work. With no one in line and maybe one to two people in the dining room it took a long time to get someone to take my order. Not a big deal. Maybe online orders and pickups too . I ordered a cheese steak and fries and went down to the register where he said he would meet me. And I waited. And I waited. And I waited. Finally some girl asked me if she could help me. I told her I placed an order. She asked my name and then asked what she could get me. No I PLACED an order and no one came down here. Oh. She says $16.03 and walks away. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink. Didn't say if that included a drink. I waited and waited and waited. The order on the card reader timed out so I turned around and left. But not before someone asked if I had a pickup order. I don't think I have ever experienced not a single employee having one clue as to what was going on or making sure they successfully completed a transaction with the one customer in line. They were probably very confused about what to do with that sandwich and those fries.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and I’ve always hit the 5 star button but lately it’s been earned more than ever! Store manager Alicen has done a phenomenal job! Every time I come in for a sandwich she’s always working, always smiling! She gets the best from her team and has their respect and it shows in the service they provide every single time!

Been here a few times, great subs, great fries, and a damn good chocolate chip cookie. Consistent quality. However, the guy who works there with the pony tail….is he ok? He has zero personality, is not welcoming at all and doesn’t return an answer when asked the standard “hey, how are you doing today?” He really puts a damper on eating here.

Waited 40 minutes for my food and when I went to go eat it they didn’t even make it right. I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks and neither one came with the bell peppers, mustard, mayo or pizza sauce. Very disappointed. I paid $40 and it wasn’t even right. I have a newborn that was in the car waiting with me while my husband was inside ordering and we didn’t notice until we were halfway home. We couldn’t turn back around because he was getting fussy

I’ve been going to this Penn Station for years. We went in at dinner, not many people there, no one waiting. The two cooks wouldn’t even turn around and look. The girl who I guess takes orders, went about her tasks of restocking and when she was all done, finally came over. As previous person said, she kept interrupting. I know what I want and would have told her. We sat down and order didn’t take long. Guess they were precooking food, for supper crowd. I got a reg size sandwich, husband didn’t get banana peppers which he ordered. I took pictures because this happened last time and is what will prevent me from
Going back. Sandwich barely covered on one side with meat and a bit on other. This isn’t what they used to look like. Bread was not even browned a little, so doughy. We won’t be going back, as this seems to be the new normal there. If I get a sandwich like that from the Huber store I will be done all together. Not worth the 40$ we spent.

This was my first time ever trying Penn Station. Food was perfect and made correctly. I had a BOGO coupon so my 2nd sub was a cold sub which came out unwrapped...wasn't aware how they served their food, so no dings against them for my naivete. Fries were really good and so was the cheesesteak sub.

I came in that restaurant on 09/26/2025, I placed my order for an cheesesteak with no mushroom and light mayo. My sandwich was done incorrectly. I got home and my sandwich was super greasy, had so much mayo, and mushrooms in my sandwich. I called the restaurant at 06:46 pm and spoke with a male manager Who said that he would write my name down in the next time I come I can get that sandwich remade and fixed the next time I come in.
Not even a week later I come in on October 2nd, and I remind them about that sandwich I am owed as a remake and I’m talking to a manager who is a female that did not have my name down in the system to remake the sandwich. She’s telling me no offense people scam me idk if you’re telling the truth blah blah blah . Even though I have the phone call that was three minutes long to show proof that I called their restaurant. She then tells me that that’s not really valid because I could’ve called the restaurant to place my order. Which makes no sense because I told her I walked in the restaurant to do my order. So they SCAMMED ME OF MY MONEY AND DID NOT CARE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I wouldn’t go to this place they don’t care when they are wrong. 😑 she looks out for herself getting scammed but who cares about the money I spent and if my food is correct or not.

Worst place ever the managers are rudest woman I’ve ever met. She looked like she was going to have a complete yelling attack on customers told me she didn’t give a shit if I like the food or not, and she was so loud everybody in the store heard her not cool. She needs to get a different job where she don’t be around people.
Good and consistent.
