I would give zero stars if possible for the experience me and my mother had today. We ended up leaving without as much as getting our waters. I don't know the name of the waitress but she came over took our order for the drinks and we said we needed a minute to overlook the menu we didn't mean never come back.. she said she would be right back with our waters and she never came back we waited 15 mins from the time we asked for our waters and in that time she kept getting drinks for other customers asking how they were and clearing empty tables instead of coming back and checking on us, so we got up and left. Nothing like being ignored. Very disappointed with Troy Skyline location .

We get skyline every few months when we find ourselves in this part of ohio. We typically get take out but this time we ate in. Food was awesome per usual, and our server Shirley was so sweet.
I’ve never had Skyline before, and since one was close by, decided to see what all the fuss is about. Bottom line, don’t waste your money. At least not at this location. Ordered for pickup and was told to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Waited 14 and bag was already waiting behind counter for who knows how long. The 3-way chili spaghetti came plain with no cheese. The chili cheese fries came ice cold and plain, no cheese no chili. There was a small plastic bag of cold shredded cheese with the silverware-was it to be shared between the two? It got put on the fries and microwaved to make them edible.
Bottom line, won’t be back. Not worth the money when one can buy pasta, a can of chili, and a bag of cheese for around $6 and it would most likely taste better than this slop.

We had Skyline cater our midnight snack at our wedding, and it was an absolute hit! Our guests went crazy for it—the perfect late-night surprise after hours of dancing. The setup was smooth, the food was fresh and hot, and everything tasted exactly like you’d hope at midnight: pure comfort and Cincinnati goodness. It was such a fun, nostalgic touch that everyone is still talking about! Huge thanks to the Skyline team for making it so easy and for delivering exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to add a little hometown flavor and fun to their wedding or event!

Skyline chili is so good made fresh it is delicious. I get the chili cheese sandwich with extra onions. The service was good. The atmosphere was nice and the people were very professional. It is a wonderful place to take your family.

I've eaten there quite a bit. But tonight I gotta say this, they brought me my large 3-way. The plate was full of nothing but water and grease floating on top of the plate. I didn't notice until I got close to the bottom. Orange grease floating. Yeah, I had probably over half the plate more to eat. I passed on it and ate the crackers. Next time I guess I'll say hold the water and all that grease. It just wasn't good ate all.
