Sweetest worker ever. My sister wanted the summer berry lemonade with boba and they didn’t have any boba so the guy gave her a free strawberry cake pop. It was her birthday and he also gave her a birthday sticker. I usually have great experiences there. Made her day an awesome 11th birthday!

I normally don’t have any issues with this Starbucks, but I encountered a very nasty employee. She didn’t greet me, nor even smile. She acted like I was a burden to her. I thank her as she handed me my drinks and I kindly asked her if the door to the right was an exit. In a very snobby, hateful voice she said “No, that’s an emergency door!” I won’t be back after dealing with her nasty attitude. Beware, if you see a lady with blue hair and a hateful look on her face, stay away.

If you are the type to compliment people don't go to Starbucks in Kroger troy they are rude and don't like being complimented especially the manager Ashley my son usually just tells the staff they look adorable or cute or beautiful but today Ashley called him out about it in front of all other customers and staff and made threats says they don't like being complimented

So I went in yesterday morning to get coffee meanwhile the two older ladies working were very rude and my order was not right!! And even after I told her it wasn’t right before she made it she still continued to make it then looks at me and says this is how it comes. (I customized mine) I even showed her the receipt. Anyways my husbands & i’s coffee was absolutely nasty and a waste of money!! Thanks Jennifer and whoever the other lady was!!
I scanned my app on my iPhone but the points never showed up and this weekend was a double point deal so I’m a slight disappointed!

They open at 6. We asked the manager of Kroger if it was open. She said yes. It opens at 6am. It was 6:25am. Instead we got coffee and muffins from Boston Stoker. My son just wanted to get a pink drink for breakfast on his birthday. Disappointment is an understatement.
