I go there almost every day to get my dinner it's always on point they're always cool to chat with and then most of the time they have my order ready cooked before I even finished placing the order. And they will go above and beyond for you even run out of the store to stop you because you forgot your drink.

Our sports team came to this steak and shake on Friday. We ran into some issues with the electric kiosk and the two staff-a guy and a girl- were on shift. Both were both super friendly and understanding of the situation, and went out of their way to help us and make our food as quickly as possible. They were amazing, along with the food, and I would come here again!

ZERO STARS. 3 vehicles sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no movement. a staff member finally told us through the speaker that they are not taking orders through the drive through at this time, with no suggestion of any alternatives. this situation should be managed better without wasting customer’s time. either put a traffic cone out to prevent cars from pulling up, or put someone on the speaker to let any cars who come, know, or TAPE A NOTE TO THE DRIVETHROUGH SECTION so people know!!

Food was mediocre. Even though you order at a screen and get your own drinks you can't find a clean table in an empty dining room. Booth partitions, the pickup counter and drink machine cup holder area look like they never get wiped down and sanitized.almost all tables dirty and food on the floor under them. I'd asked for a booth table to be cleaned and we stood there waiting for that to happen so long the food was ready and we didn't have a place to sit to eat it.

Not my type of dinning. Milkshake not fit to drink, Whip Cream thick like lard, shake tasted like it was made from paste. Hamburger was good. Had to scan receipt to get drink that was more water than Coke. The waitress was very nice and got drinks from inside kitchen. Won't go back.

I used to like this place but it has eliminated staff. What him an beings there are are very nice but for a place that invokes the 1950s this is discordant.I usually only comment on food but this is a cultural comment. I am old enough to remember the 50s and actually remember girls on roller skates coming up to the car to Steve you. Then in the 60s McDonald's came. 19 cent hamburgers. Cruising. It was a big deal.Now this. A truly depressing experience.Note:I am not a luddite. I am an advocate of AI. I think it is a great thing. But this is not the place. Greed is not good.

Kind of robotic... Order from kiosk, have to use a QR Code to get a pop but doesn't give enough time to let the fizz go down before it shuts you out.Food was good. Like the steak burgers and the all beef hot dog.Shake machine has been down for a long time.... This restaurant is "Steak no Shake".
