It was our first time coming to the Caroline and right away the place is very warm and inviting. We were sat outside by request which was very nice and was greeted by our server Erin promptly. The menu was fantastic and the food we ordered was delicious. What made our night though was how wonderful and attentive Erin was. She was extremely kind and very helpful with menu items, drinks, and dessert. She made sure to check on us shortly after anything was brought to our table to...
The food was very delicious. We were all very happy with the quality of the meal and good drinks too. We were a little pit off by how long we waited for our table without any real instruction on how long we would have to wait. I made a reservation for 6:30 and we arrived at 6:20 thinking it would be better to arrive a bit early. We checked in at the door, but ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being seated. Other than that, it would have been a 5 star experience.
We came to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday. Food was amazing. Service NOT so much. Service was the worst I’ve ever had there. Horrific actually. She was not very personable, unpleasant, not attentive, and acted as if we were more of bother. Over all personality changed the environment of what we were hoping to be an amazing dinner.
