The bald bearded guy is mean...rude and slams things down. I will never come here again. Really a contrast to the store just down the street. I had to wait in the car while my husband waited for our order. He was also rude to the other employees. I do not frequent Tim Hortons as we are traveling and it's my favorite treat. He sucks.... I'd give it zero Stars if I could.

Really unfriendly staff. They was nobody in the store and the staff acted as if we were bothering them by ordering food. She didn't say one word to us, just stood there until I told her our order, and then walked away. Super disappointing.Then the staff members were complaining about everything and on their phones.Just save yourself the trouble and go to the next closest location down the road, it's a million times better.

Their iced tea was perfect. Lately other places have been serving colored water, but their tea was what tea should be like, stronger with flavor! The food was not good. Got a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown, and they were not fresh.

I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.
