I went to Wendy's tonight for the first time in a year or more. I placed my order ar 5:01 pm. 15 minutes later still no order delivered. I went to the window & asked about the whereabouts of my order. The worker asked to see my receipt. I said I had waited 15 min. & she looked at me as tho I had two heads. Dont let the nice exterior fool you! This is one of the worst Wendy's around...
Sincerely, this was the worst service I've experienced in years.. . They completely ignored us standing at the counter for almost 15 minutes...
They focused exclusively on drive-thru while leaving us standing waiting for service. There was hardly any drive-thru traffic, but they continued to prioritize new cars while continually ignoring us...

Wendy's in Troy offers a mixed experience. The staff is friendly and provides high quality customer service, working fast and effective to push out orders professionally and without any attitudes. The food was hot, made well and looked good too. The 2 for $3 breakfast deal, featuring an egg and cheese biscuit and breakfast potatoes, proves to be a good value meal with improved quality. While the drive-thru can be packed and sometimes takes a little longer, the evening crew has got it going on.
