We had an amazing experience at Blue Canyon in Twinsburg while celebrating our 40th class reunion. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the newly reimagined space is beautiful and made the evening feel warm and elevated. From management to the front-line staff, every detail was thoughtfully handled and nothing was missed. The team went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable, and everyone in our group truly enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend Blue Canyon for both the food and the exceptional hospitality!

Atmosphere, patio and service were exceptional. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was delicious. I was a little disappointed in the peppercorn crusted steak. It was hard, chewy and too much fat especially for bison.

Mother’s Day brunch 2026: let me start with we have been regulars for about 6 months and did the Easter Brunch; unfortunately the Mother’s Day wasn’t a great experience as the hot sides were over cooked or had red chilli pepper on the avocado toast (red chilli pepper great on pizza not avocado toast) 6 types of potatoe carbs on the buffet isn’t necessary either some of us eat healthy not over buttered garlic on green beans as the only option. Barely ate and left hungry. Did the chef quit?! The staff was most angry I’ve seen starting from the front, to waiter, to food delivery person to bus person cleaning up. All the faces I’ve come to know in the Twinsburg location couldn’t even fake a smile. Extremely sad for my Mother’s Day experience. But the worst isn’t even the above but the bathroom experience as 2 broken stalls to start the adventure of huge quantities of women and having one get backed up so bad you light a candle. My child barfed from the smell in the bathroom! Spend the money and get some professional help on fixing the problem with a real plumber. Heck while your at it get more stalls too as your establishment is too large for only 2 bathroom stalls. My husband even left the restaurant needing to use the bathroom because he had issues in the men’s bathroom too. We had to detour to Home Depot to use their bathroom before continuing to enjoy our Mothers Day. Sad! 😔 There is zero exaggeration here these are just the facts.

While it’s a bit pricey, the food is well worth it. You can tell the dishes are unique and carefully made by hand. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant features an amazing Western lodge-style atmosphere.

I just love this place. Slightly higher end price for more than high end food. The chefs here truly know what they're doing. Visually stunning on top of the great flavor combinations. Nothing on the menu will ever disappoint. They will go out of their way for any special occasion. Always great service.

Edit 10/24: Service is still fantastic, the new duck two-way is phenomenal and the baked Brie is amazing. Best meal yet!

Edit 4/26: The pricing feels like it's gotten cheaper. Portions are still great and the quality is still amazing! Laste few times we've made reservations I've hoped to sit in the dining room and were sat in the bar. The bar is great but it's VERY loud. If you're looking for lively atmosphere that's the place. If you want to sit with friends for quieter conversation I would prefer the dining room. The fried chicken is phenomenal!

I really wish when you made a reservation for a special occasion, that they would check with you before seating you in the bar area. Wanted a nice atmosphere to have conversation and got loud parties and the nfl draft on TV. Food was amazing though and their drinks are incredible.

We hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Blue Canyon in the garden room. Food was excellent - buffet. Servers - Amy and Jen were attentive to all the guests. The room was perfect for our That' Amore theme. Would host another event there.

Such an absolutely beautiful atmosphere - it felt like we were on vacation enjoying a moutain high dinner! The food and wine choices were fantastic and waiter, Scott, offered exceptional service. Highly recommend getting apps - we had the blue cheese chips and the calamari - there was plenty for four of us to enjoy. The beef tenderloin, pretzel crusted trout, pork chop, reisling and sauvenon blanc were delicious!

We held my son's rehearsal dinner in that beautiful room at the back with the wall of window. It was a super special evening.
