I went at 7am today and the manager I believe in the black shirt was AWESOME. She was so pleasant to be served by I had to do this review. My food was fresh and tasty for a fast food joint and the service was EXTREMELY GOOD. I'm so pleased to have had such a positive experience and interaction here! Great job team!!!
We got dine in recently, and the food was alright. We noticed that a new employee was working there, and he was doing the best he could given the circumstances.I think someone needs to talk to the manager on this shift - he was being very rude to the new employee and ridiculing his mistakes. Any mistakes made my the team was blamed on this young kid.I find that pretty ridiculous.June 1st, 2024 (early afternoon)
I walked in and placed my irder at the kiosk, then took a seat and proceeded to watch an over worked manager argue with her kitchen staff as they were not cooking orders in order and then argue with a cuatomer that refused to use the kiosk. This was none of her fault, and my service was excellent, but the food was cold, and sitting in the dining room listening to arguing is not what you want to hear on your lunch break. I would suggest the drive-thru oh and the kids' play...
