Throughout the years, this is the only fast food where the service is consistently friendly. I'm not claiming I come here a crazy amount of times but each visit, in a span of over seven years - I can't deny the people are always friendly no matter who takes the order/is working at the time.
We occasionally stay at a hotel near this restaurant. I went inside to order because I was not familiar with their menue. It was busy and chaotic. Someone else got my order, so they had to make mine again. I had ordered 1 double cheeseburger and 2 regular cheeseburgers, but I got 3 regular sandwiches instead. I didn't realize this until I got back to the hotel. A week later, when we were in Twinsburg again, we decided to go through the drive thru. This time, they were fast...
Staff was help and courtesy. I got my food quickly as well. Great job guys
