For what it's worth...my kiddos say George's has the best donuts around.
This place is by far the best donut shop around, I don't even know where to begin!!! I have been coming here for so long, and things have only gotten better. The donuts are the biggest, fluffiest, most flavorful donuts I have ever had. Everytime I introduce them to my coworkers, family members and friends, every one of them gets addicted! I tell them it is mandatory they go buy donuts from George's in-person because the service makes everything!! The workers at the counter are so approachable and kind, always willing to have a conversation with all their customers. I have also encountered some of the workers from the back up front, and they are just as pleasant! The current owner has so much pride in his company and will tell the world if he could, all that his business is about. One thing I have learned to inform people after a long conversation with the boss is that THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY SELL OUT!!! Their business is extremely complicated when it comes to quantity because they have to guess how many customers they will have each day. So PLEASE don't get mad at the workers!!! They have nothing but good intentions for their customers! I dined in yesterday and noticed how friendly everyone really is. They gave the kids stickers and talked with us in the dining room the whole time we were there! It is a family business, but not just to the owners, to the customers as well.
