I was at McDonald’s last Thursday with my granddaughter in ordered a medium coffee and snack wraps for myself. My coffee was cold and when I took it back, there was not even any coffee made, and the girl said she would bring out coffee to me but she never did. The chicken in my snack wrap was so hard I could not even bite into it. Very disappointing and such a waste of money as that was my lunch and I couldn’t eat it. My pick up number was 683 and I was there on 19th of January.
The staff in the drive through in the morning are so pleasant and competent. My order is correct, the food is good and fast. Really the best team around.
