35 min wait in my lunch and never received it
Lost my 12$ and no lunch and was late to work and got a mark on my attendance now
Place isn’t offering me anything!!!
We frequent the Pizza Hut in North Olmsted, but were in the area for a doctor's appointment. I waited for someone to speak to us when we walked in, and I asked if their buffet was free for kids 3 and under as it is in North Olmsted. They told me it was, so we decided to stay. The server acted like we were bothering her with every question. The pizza did not taste the same as the other location. Pizza Hut offers a lunch buffet with a variety of options including salad, different pizzas, and pasta. The all-you-can-eat lunch is outstanding and a most go to for a very reasonable price. The food is always fresh and hot, very delicious, and made perfectly. The restaurant is VERY clean. The employee's are amazing, very friendly, and FAST. The waitress is always on the spot to clean your dishes and has a fantastic work ethic. The Manager, Jermaine, is very polite and humble. The buffet offers great value in a clean restaurant with ample space inside for movement. While drinks are bottled and not refillable, the service is great and friendly.
