Words can not even begin to describe my experience at Uniontown Chipotle. After exiting my car, I am hit with a sulking silence and a putrid smell of sewage. After making my way into the doors of the establishment, I am greeted by frowning, underpaid faces. I walk up to the counter, order my bowl, and pay for my food. Food was okay, usually avoid ordering from this chipotle because order is messed up most of the time. ordered pick up yesterday & when i got the bag in the drive through i check it, (because they usually forget something) no queso that i ordered, wave the girl back over and let her know & she then tells me she needs to check AND ASKS FOR ME TO HAND MY OPEN BAG OF FOOD BACK TO CHECK MY BAG THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! wanted me to hand the bag back for her to go through...

I stopped the day of the $8 burrito soon after the 3pm start time of the special. You had to use the online ordering on the app. Well, if the company demands app use, the app needs to work! After 45 minutes, they decided they could give me the discount on site after a half dozen other people came in complaining. Poor customer service!
