Sunday night, every parking spot filled. Got one dude running to cars. Definitely understaffed but dude is hustling.

Got the Onion Burger. It had the tiniest dollop of SOLID, onion dip in the center. After seeing that it was such a strange thick consistency I wasn't so bothered. Burger was cold, onion rings were cold. No napkins or condiments were brought or offered. Even after asking none were brought out. Stopping here after a show added an hour to our trip easy because it took more than 35 minutes to get our little bit of fried food, that was ultimately cold. Never again.

I Love Swenson's but this location is a low point for their brand. Regardless of whether I order ahead or order in the lot, my wait times have easily been over 40 minutes the last 2 visits.

It took over 20 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. There was 2 other cars besides me and we were just ignored until someone finally come up. Clearly they were in no rush nor cared. Worst location I've been to

never got my order. got the whole wrong thing, waited 50+ minutes with no answer to the phones and no one checking up on me. its sad. i got a plain burger, fries and a pepsi by the way

Placed an online order that said to be ready at 10:17. I pull into the parking lot at 10:20 and still didn't get my order until 11:00. What is the point or having a carryout system if I'm going to wait anyways?

Terrible service, we came at around 10, ordered two SMALL milkshakes, and we had to get out of the car several times after 20 minutes to get the attention of the server because many other people who had ordered after us had gotten theirs already. After about 40 minutes (for TWO SMALL MILKSHAKES) I got out of the car and finally they went in and got my milkshakes which were just sitting on the counter the entire time.

1/14/25 I arrived at 12:40 a.m. and was told they weren’t taking anymore orders. I’ve had to many bad experiences with swensons so I want be back to many other places to go. I encourage ppl to spend your money elsewhere somewhere your business is appreciated. I would let go of whoever made the decision to turn away business 20 mins before closing. If you stop taking orders before closing close earlier to have ppl drive all the way to your place of business and turn them away before you close is extremely tacky and very poor business practice.
