Swensons Drive-In

Expect no one to come to your car. The first time we waited at least 15 min before someone would come to our car.

Today we went and no one came to our car at all. Tried to order online and it wouldn’t complete order, so we went up to the window and they said it would be an hour and a half wait (which is past closed). I’m very disappointed with this location with service because people have raved that they like Swenson and I should go but ever time it has not been a good experience.

Ordered on DoorDash at 10:13pm on a Thursday. 2 hours later waiting on 2 sides and 2 shakes still. I don’t know who manages this place at night but it has been really falling behind on night shift. Last time I was there waited an hour for 2 shakes and a deep fried cheesecake. The shakes were completely melted by the time I got them. I’m prolly going to just order from somewhere else at night because this is getting ridiculous.

At first they only brought out 1 of our 2 milkshakes, had to tell them i had another one. when i got to open the bag after i already left, i got fries instead of onion rings, missing applesauce, my gf got a grilled cheese instead of the hotdog she ordered, then on top of all that my burgers were somehow chewy😭 i usually love swensons but this wasnt it

An hour for a cheese burger. I should have just left and forfeited the money. Headlights on, no one ever came out. When it finally did arrive, it was a sloppy mess and burnt to a crisp. I will never be back.

Parked. Waited for 20 mins and nobody came to vehicle. Ordered via mobile order. Order entered at 11:04pm Order was estimated to be completed by 11:20pm. Received food at 11:45. Server needed my phone to find the receipt/order and returned phone with grease all over it. Food was cold on arrival too.

This was the slowest service I have ever gotten from sweanson. I waited 15mins before someone came to the car with lights on. Then took about 40min before I got my food.

Great location. Bakey was absolutely fantastic and provided excellent service.

I love Galley Boys and Swensons. This location can be hit or miss with service. Sometimes the food is out fast and hot but sometimes it takes forever. This past time I ordered online, it said 30 minutes but was an hour and my shakes were melted. The time before that, it was 15 minutes and everything was perfect.

The food took and extremely long time to come out and when it did, it was disappointing to say the least.

Waiting 30-45 mins for 5 burgers and 2 sides on a slow Tuesday evening is wild. Love Swensons but have never had a great experience here service wise. Also…they don’t hustle or run for anything. Miss the old swensons mantra. No sense of urgency here. Can’t say I will give them another chance.

They have the best servers! They are so kind and professional! The grilled chicken sandwich was the BEST I have had ANYWHERE! It was thick, juicy, and larger than the bun and the onion rings were delectable! Don't forget to order a milkshake! The chocolate peanut butter shake was unbelievable! Go early, it can be very busy! To order, remember to leave your lights on and ordering online helps to receive your order sooner!

Got 2 milkshakes today (21 June) and it took nearly 50 minutes. They came and asked for my order 3 different times.

This is the second time in about a month or so that their service has taken a ridiculous amount of time.

Cameron was quick and was extremely helpful. Food was great too 👍

It took over 40 minutes for someone to come out and take my order. There was 2 other cars besides me and we were just ignored until someone finally come up. Clearly they were in no rush nor cared. Worst location I've been to

No change and they still have the same 40 minute wait time just to attend to you even after you place an online order. Worst customer service.
