Great place to stop and get a smoothie, or other refreshing drink. Plenty of options with an abundance of flavor options. The employee, Tiona, was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lot of questions and inquires about nutritional facts with our drinks. She pulled out the nutritional labels for every drink we were considering and actively helped us make the right drink choice. We will definitely be back.

I love these nutrition clubs. The shakes and teas they serve be so good and refreshing. University Heights Nutrition is one of my spots I try to hit on a regular. They address you like long-time friends when you walk in. Even if it’s your first time. Do yourself a favor and stop in at 13894 Cedar Rd in South Euclid/University Heights. They open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday from 9am-2pm. Y’all come Check ‘em out!

My favorite is the Mega Tea (almost ANY FLAVOR) and White chocolate Reese protein shake. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly.
