“Absolutely love doing our celebrations at LockKeepers! We've celebrated our Birthdays and anniversaries here through the years and it was always such a wonderful experience each time! Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! “Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). I'll definitely go back and try other menu options! RECOMMEND!“

“I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! “We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager . We will so be back!!!“

“Most of the sushi was excellent but there was a few pieces that had that fishy taste that you don't want. The rolls didn't hold together well when I picked them up, and the hot tea was atrocious. The miso soup and the tuna was very good. And I was supposed how clean and oceany the sea urchin tasted. The waitress was very nice and helped me pick out the fish.“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! “First time and went out for my mother-in law’s birthday. Highly recommend this place. Food was amazing and things I normally do not eat but was great trying new things. We had the salmon stuffed with crab special and the lamb with mushroom risotto. Both were amazing. Nicole our server was great and made sure we had an amazing evening. Sat on the patio with live music from a guitarist and harmonica player. For drinks, we recommend the Cherry Bourbon Smash and the Moroccan Mint Tea.“
