Listen, fast food is tough right now and service usually not great. I had a rare opportunity for Arby's beef and cheddar. It had been awhile since I went to the UA Arby's but remember service and food being good. It was around 1215p on a Wed at drive through. No long wait. The lady that took my order and was at the window was very sweet and engaging. I enjoyed a little eye contact and conversation.The food came out quickly and was very good. Thanks, Arbs.

The french fries were a little cold when they put the fries on the tray but had to wait 4 minutes before my fish sandwich was ready. They should have waited to get the fries after the sandwich was ready.

A bad sign is a sign of bad business.I have been going to this place for 30 years at least. Last night when I went in, there were no lights on. I thought they were closed. Drive-thru menu had no the lights on the building, and we could barely hear the gentleman speaking to me through the speaker. Somebody better put some money in this, or it's going to fail. A bad sign is a sign of bad business. So disappointed and heartbroken love Arby's just not this location
