Been going to this location for years. The employees are great. But I am really dissatisfied with the ownership of this location. Unwilling to honor rewards from the app due to private ownership. Will look to take my business elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in an employee looked at me with distain and annoyance. I’ve worked line work fast food before I know the look well. The entire experience was confusing and disorienting and very overwhelming. There is no system or order from what I could see and it led to sloppy teamwork. Very bad first impression to this location.

I remember going to another location in Dublin when I used to work up there. I was telling my son you really need to try some of the food up here. I told him The Farmhouse is more your speed and I went for my normal The Smokehouse Brisket. DEEEE-LICIOUS

The asking if I want to add a tip at the register is extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. It’s makes me feel like someone off the street is asking if I can spare some change. Pay your employees more if they feel the need to ask a for a tip from every person that already pays for the food.

Ordered bulk coffee for family brunch Sunday for another person to pick up. The catering website stated that cups, lids, sugar and half and half would be included. These were not given at pick up. The convenience I was expecting from this order became inconvenient when we had to run out for half and half.

Disappointed by the service only one who was doing a good job at this location was the obvious new girl who was doing my order all the other employees where like zombies and they refused to help any of us customers who where trying to get a bagel thank god I had the new girl who made my food perfect

Heard the workers talking rudely about me for not placing my online order properly. I was very polite when I came in early and realized my order had not been placed. Sorry to inconvenience you to have to cut 2 dozen bagels before 7:30. Wish I had not tipped and unfortunately won’t be back.

I hadn’t had Bruegger’s bagels since college a few years ago — I was in UA for work today and when I passed by this location I felt all the nostalgia and just had to go in. I decided even it didn’t taste as good as I remembered it would be worth it LOL I was happy to find it was even better than I remembered! And the staff at this location were so friendly. Riley at the register was so bubbly and sweet and made my whole day with her kind words. 10/10 would recommend if you need a quick yummy bite and in you’re in the area!

Spouse ordered breakfast for me today. The muffin they served me was raw in the center. Literally gooey like uncooked batter. The sausage and egg gave off a taste that made me gag and nearly twisted my sprained ankle trying to get to a can to spit it back out. Although I’m pretty sure they’re precooked patty, it came off with a frozen uncooked flavor as well which is why I was gagging to spit it back out. Never again will they disgrace my plate.

4 people in front of me. 3 people working. Waited 30 min for lousey tasting food. Asked for diet coke no ice. Got a cup cup of ice and diet dr pepper. Then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Lol. Leave a cup for playing with my phone for 30 min and occasionally looking up to see what the hold up is.
