Ordered bulk coffee for family brunch Sunday for another person to pick up. The catering website stated that cups, lids, sugar and half and half would be included. These were not given at pick up. The convenience I was expecting from this order became inconvenient when we had to run out for half and half.

Heard the workers talking rudely about me for not placing my online order properly. I was very polite when I came in early and realized my order had not been placed. Sorry to inconvenience you to have to cut 2 dozen bagels before 7:30. Wish I had not tipped and unfortunately won’t be back.

I hadn’t had Bruegger’s bagels since college a few years ago — I was in UA for work today and when I passed by this location I felt all the nostalgia and just had to go in. I decided even it didn’t taste as good as I remembered it would be worth it LOL I was happy to find it was even better than I remembered! And the staff at this location were so friendly. Riley at the register was so bubbly and sweet and made my whole day with her kind words. 10/10 would recommend if you need a quick yummy bite and in you’re in the area!

Spouse ordered breakfast for me today. The muffin they served me was raw in the center. Literally gooey like uncooked batter. The sausage and egg gave off a taste that made me gag and nearly twisted my sprained ankle trying to get to a can to spit it back out. Although I’m pretty sure they’re precooked patty, it came off with a frozen uncooked flavor as well which is why I was gagging to spit it back out. Never again will they disgrace my plate.

4 people in front of me. 3 people working. Waited 30 min for lousey tasting food. Asked for diet coke no ice. Got a cup cup of ice and diet dr pepper. Then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Lol. Leave a cup for playing with my phone for 30 min and occasionally looking up to see what the hold up is.

The food is great but the cashier with the dyed red hair worn in braids is always so rude while cashing me out, like if she’s so miserable at work maybe she should work somewhere else
Honestly not great experience. I have never been to brueggers before and I don't speak for all of them but this location had the most mediocre bagel for 4$ it was suposedly "toasted" but tasted cold and chewy. Also the layout of the store was a bit confusing. when you walk in you don't instantly understand where to go. Which left me feeling a bit akward to start. Then to make it worse the cashier asked me what tip I wanted to leave which made it so uncomfortable like let me just have a private screen to choose the percentage myself . And then she went to tell the other workers in front of me how I was being weird about it and didn't instantly know off the top my head what to appropriately tip.

Terrible customer service. A bunch of teenagers that do not know how to knowledge you when you walk in. They are talking to each other. Will look at you say “what do you want” instead of greeting you Nicely and then once you tell them they continue on with there conversation. I have been to this location a lot and i think maybe one time when i walked in i have been greeted with a hello, or good morning or something other then what do you want.

Y’all, i went here after I went to the ulta next door and omg, the pretzel bagel with plain cream cheese is the bomb ?. The bagel part tastes like a real pretzel and the cream cheese was just perfect. Im rating the service a four cause they were a bit slow for that much workers but there was a lot of people so that’s probably why. If y’all EVER dare to take the pretzel bagel off the menu i will be HEARTBROKEN. Im a very picky eater so for this to taste AMAZING means that it’s AMAZING. Next time i come im going to try the blueberry. Ps. I have been going here since i was younger.

Between the heavyset woman eating a waffle sandwich behind the counter not working, and the other woman that looks grungey. Had to wait on bagels at 7am. Terrible service. Better bagels on campus. Try Cockys bagels! Way better tasting bagels, way better looking
