Disappointed by the service only one who was doing a good job at this location was the obvious new girl who was doing my order all the other employees where like zombies and they refused to help any of us customers who where trying to get a bagel thank god I had the new girl who made my food perfect

I hadn’t had Bruegger’s bagels since college a few years ago — I was in UA for work today and when I passed by this location I felt all the nostalgia and just had to go in. I decided even it didn’t taste as good as I remembered it would be worth it LOL I was happy to find it was even better than I remembered! And the staff at this location were so friendly. Riley at the register was so bubbly and sweet and made my whole day with her kind words. 10/10 would recommend if...

Honestly not great experience. I have never been to brueggers before and I don't speak for all of them but this location had the most mediocre bagel for 4$ it was suposedly "toasted" but tasted cold and chewy. Also the layout of the store was a bit confusing. when you walk in you don't instantly understand where to go. Which left me feeling a bit akward to start. Then to make it worse the cashier asked me what tip I wanted to leave which made it so uncomfortable...
