I've been in the U.S. for three years, and yesterday I encountered the most unreasonable and mean-spirited server I've ever come across. Typically, restaurants provide a “custom tip” option when presenting the POS machine for payment. However, when my friend and I went out to eat yesterday, a Black female server deliberately covered that option with her hand and stared directly at me while I was deciding on the tip. When I tried to take the machine to fill it out myself, she held onto it so tightly that I couldn't even take it from her. Perhaps her lack of basic decency stems from extreme poverty or desperation. There was no service beyond taking our order, and her attitude was outright rude. I can't help but wonder if this behavior was racially motivated against Asians.
I have been in the United States for three years, and I have encountered the most unreasonable and mean waiters here. Most restaurants will provide a custom tip option when swiping your card and handing it over to the POS machine. Yesterday when my friend and I went to dinner, *a black waitress* covered the option with her hand and looked directly at me while I was selecting my tip, I wanted to take the machine over and fill it out myself , but because she held it too tightly, she couldn't take it. Maybe it's because I'm too poor and have no money to eat that I have the quality to make money like this. There is no other service except ordering, and the attitude is very mean. I wonder if this restaurant is discriminating against Chinese people.

Had a take out order. Food was inedible. We had to stop eating it due to possible food related illness. Would not recommend.

My initial foray into self-cooked Korean BBQ exceeded expectations. The culinary experience, encompassing both supporting sides and main entrees, was consistently impressive. The interactive, self-directed cooking style is an attractive feature for those unfamiliar with it. While our server was still in training, her attentiveness and willingness to seek out unknown information were commendable. Furthermore, the combination platters offer a cost-effective option, easily shared among three diners, with included sides clearly showcased. Ultimately, the dining experience, food quality, and generous portions made the price well justified.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other business, but plenty.
Kid-friendliness: Hot middle but kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

My husband and I came here for an adult date night, and it did not disappoint. It was both of our first time trying Korean bbq, we let the staff know that, and they were super helpful. The hostess gave an explanation, and then our waitress gave more instructions and was super attentive. The food was AMAZING. My husband helped me learn how to use chopsticks (as well as a first timer could use them). It was an amazing time for our rare adult night out.

Used to be my favorite place for Korean food, but not going again. Noodle in Jjampong taste like it has been sitting for all day. Seafoods taste like frozen mixes. This place seems to have gone downhill in both quality of food and customer service. Won't recommend.

The noodles used for tray jjajang and jjamppong are thin like spaghetti(?) and don't match well. When I asked, they said they used to do it that way, but I was sad because it felt different from the last time... In particular, I was very disappointed because the tray jjajang tasted just like chunjang mixed with spaghetti noodles. Isn’t a tray jjajang supposed to have a delicious combination of fiery, spicy, and sweet flavors?! I also ended up eating the sweet and sour pork. It was neither crispy nor chewy. It was a disappointing experience in many ways. and!! The sweet and sour pork seasoning dripped like water and the soy sauce taste was strong.

I love the food, the service unfortunately was so bad. The server turned on the gas without placing the grill plate which after 20 mins it became a joke that its for keeping hands warm. When finally the food arrived, the grill plate was placed so more waiting. We were missing the lettuce to do wraos, we checked the other table, they got none as well.. we thought we better ask anyway. Server said they do have them and will bring it out. We had to ask 2 more times to the point we sounded like almost begging. She finally brought them when we had finished cooking ALL the meat. As expected, we had eaten the other food we order and had the meat leftover. We asked for the check and a box, the bill came, no box. Took our card, came back no box, we asked again.. nothing. Finally a young man who probably wanted to clear our table asked if we were waiting for a box, and profusely apologized, ran and got one. On the way out, our server was chatting and laughing with the other ladies. I will go back since we love the food but hopefully not to the same level of service
Update: went yesterday as a visiting friend wanted KBBQ, 1 thing is for certain they do not make right anything that is wrong. Ordered mul nangmyeon and the noodles came out a big glob balled up, cant break them apart, we got noodle chunks. I pointed it out to the server and all we got was "im so sorry" and she walked away. We didnt eat it and server had the nerve to ask if we want it packed to go. Will probably tell friends to pick some other cuisine rather than take another chance at this place.
