Amazing experience! I don’t know her name but the auntie who made my drink was a delight! She answered all of my questions with so much warmth and enthusiasm. I ordered the king of oolong milk tea with a milk cap and it is fantastic! I’ve been to most boba spots in cbus and this shop impressed me!
Egg waffles were so delicious and warm. The worker was the nicest ever and tried really hard to make sure everything was perfect. 10/10 will return to support
We were served 5 minutes before closing by a wonderful lady who also gave us extra tea and was honestly super nice and made us the best bubble tea ever (with extra bubbles!!!) We'll be coming back!

Based on customer reviews, Tsaocaa Columbus is a clean and organized shop with a nice atmosphere. The service is friendly, excellent, and wonderful. The staff is polite and efficient, offering lots of suggestions. The store has few seats, fast WiFi, some board games and toy machines, and cute gacha games. Some leftover meals can be ordered through apps, and there are perks after joining the membership. Specific menu items include the lychee milk tea, which is refreshing with perfect sweetness and salty milk foam on top. The durian mango smoothie is creamy, sweet, and refreshing with mango bits. The taro coconut drink and the weekly special taro coconut twist are good and refreshing. Cold teas are flavorful and refreshing. Parking is plentiful, and the cost is appropriate for other bubble tea places.
