This is literally the best Mexican Restaurant in Columbus! The food has been absolutely delicious, hot, and fresh every time I’ve been here! I love their steak fajitas, queso dip, and all the variations of enchiladas! The staff is so friendly and provide great service! The drinks are delicious and well mixed! I love this place and I’ll keep coming back!

I placed a pick up order online and sent my son to get it since I was not feeling well. For the amount of money I spent I would expect the order to be correct. Almost $20 for a quesadilla and the rice, beans, and salad were missing. $17 for a burrito and I asked for lettuce and pico to be added which was an upcharge, and I didn’t get that either. I ordered 3 things and spent $70 to be dissatisfied. I love guacamole and there’s tasted like it was from a grocery store. This was my first and last time here.

It’s been a while since we’ve had Mexican so we tried Don Tequila’s. Our experience was very good. The menu is huge. The service was excellent and our food arrived promptly. The plating was decent. Taste and preparation are a solid four, but the large portion sizes and complementary chips tipped the scale to a five. The only thing I thought was a little off was the guacamole, but my better half loved it because there were no chunks of onion. Split decision on that… however, we both thought the drinks were well done. The fancy margarita was fun and the pours were good. We’d recommend.

Showed up for unplanned birthday and fathers day celebration. Staff was u believable!
They sang to our son, waited on is quickly and very attentive! It was not just dinner but a fun experience! Thank you!

They had a glitch on their website that costed me 100$. The manager would not refund me and claimed he gave me 10 Percent off expecting like 8$ would fix the problem. I was not planning on spending 100$ and I would not have had I known the price was not 18.99$ terrible service.

This place started out great and we used to come here somewhat frequently. However, each time we’ve come over the past few months is worse than the last.
The guacamole now comes out of a bag and is truly disgusting - it used to be fresh and was awesome. The cheese dip is beyond watered down now and is sad because it used to be amazing (See photo taken when it was barely like-warm), so the thinness was most certainly not from heat.
Yet the prices are just going up and up.

Tip skimming and tip thief be careful. Male waiter. I ate here around 10+ times and have had my credit card OVERCHARGED. I tip 22% equals $12 and I was charged $30 a couple of weeks ago. Great food and atmosphere but KEEP your receipts. The restaurant didn’t answer my complaint as well…

Came here for lunch specials twice. It is a great Mexican restaurant. The place is clean and has a lot of seats with several screens for live games. The service is great. They serve free chips and salsa which tastes mediocre. The lunch menu has a good price with a few items. The dishes have a large size topping with cheese, but the taste could be improved. Everything tastes a little bland for me.

I read this on line Don Tequilla - One big fried chimichanga filled with your choice of meat, grilled chicken , steak or pork , cilantro, chopped onions and shredded cheese, topped with cheese.
This is NOT what I got I had a soft wrap drinched in melted cheese all over the hot plate.. this had not been FRIED, this had been microwaved was not crunchy as fried foods are to be, only had meat inside Did not eat and did not pay. Chimichabgas are crispy with shredded cheese not mushy...this was a mushy mess.
