I had such a great experience at Freeze Style Ice Cream! From the moment I walked in, the place felt fresh, modern, and super clean. The staff was really friendly and explained the menu clearly, which made it easy to pick what I wanted.

The best part is watching them prepare the ice cream rolls right in front of you — it’s a show in itself. You get to see the fresh ingredients chopped and mixed on the cold plate, then rolled into perfect little spirals. I went with a strawberry base topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and fresh fruit, and it was absolutely delicious. The mix of creamy texture with the crunch of toppings made every bite special.

The menu is also very flexible — you can build your own creation with tons of options, or just pick one of their signature rolls if you want something quick and tasty. They also offer smoothies and other treats, so there’s something for everyone.

Overall, this place is fun, unique, and the ice cream tastes amazing. It’s definitely worth the stop if you’re looking for a sweet treat that’s different from your regular ice cream shop. I highly recommend it and will be coming back for sure!

Rolled ice cream at its best! New management as of January and this place is definitely a place to check out! There are a ton of toppings and drizzles to choose from and they even have smoothies and bubble teas! The owner told us they also have Dubai chocolate, strawberry cups, and Kulfii as well! There was plenty of parking and there’s additional parking in the back of the shopping plaza. The owner was very kind and friendly and our ice cream was great! We will definitely be back!

Management need to have more than 1 person working! My gf and I shared one order and with 5 people ahead of us it took 45 minutes for one person to make and take orders. A big group of 6 in front of us left sensing it would take a while. If they stayed we probably would have been another hour. Also we couldn’t finish it after all that because the Ferrero Rocher mixed in tasted very earthy and was probably expired? It wasn’t right.

Expert staff to craft my dessert, clean facilities behind the counter, seating could be better for the more fragile.

Definitely need to add another worker or find a way to speed up this operation. 15 minutes to get ice cream when only 1 family is ahead of you ain't it

To our surprise, they were open today for Christmas day. The employee was incredibly friendly and considerate. He made sure he made the allergy one last (hazelnut) two kiddos with allergies so that was so reassuring that he did that.was quick and thorough. Definitely recommend!

Kid-friendliness: Games to play while you wait, they had no problem with the kids watching and asking questions also.
Plenty of variety!

Ice cream tasted freezer burnt and was basically flavorless. I’ve had way better rolled icecream. Not great

Heard about this new place started with Boba tea. I went there for Bubble tea and I had a wonderful experience. The staffs were super friendly and the tea itself was very very good. I would highly recommend this place for bubble tea and icecream.

I just ate there 5 minutes ago. Pretty darn good, but it took forever since they made this poor girl work by herself in what’s clearly a 2 person job. She worked exceedingly efficiently and well considering that, but I couldn’t help but feel stressed looking at her. Hopefully that’s not the case in most shifts

We came here at 1:30 on Saturday May 18th and according to Google it should have been open. The doors were locked, the lights were off, nobody inside, no sign on the door, nothing. Is it still in business? We've been two other times and it was good those times but not being open when it is supposed to be open has to be a one star, right?
