Overbooked and understaffed. Poor food quality and poor pace of service. Received my chicken undercooked with cold sides. Requested a cheeseburger medium well as a replacement to go and it was almost rare. And i had to cook it myself at home.
We were seated quickly since we had a reservation. Our waitress was nice but she wasn't very attentive; not sure if she was overwhelmed or simply not good at multitasking. Lots of items on the menu weren't available. All the food was delicious, but one of our plates was served cold. We had a great experience the previous Christmas (2024), but this one disappointed.
It was Christmas and super busy but the staff was great. I wouldn't go back here though. We were only there because they were open on Christmas. The only thing that was worth it were the wings. Everything else, Outback or even Chillis could have been better.
Filet, asparagus, and sweet potato fries were good. Tomato basil soup was ok. Server was friendly, but kitchen was slow.
Some of the food was really good, other items were eh. Bar stools should have backs, very uncomfortable on a busy night
I took my family here for Thanksgiving. The turkey special was a great value. The portions were large and tasted amazing. Our server, Mandy, was knowledgeable, and so upbeat for someone working a holiday, she made our visit extra special.
My husband and I came here for Thanksgiving dinner. It was our first time. We ordered the cream cheese stuffed chicken, prime rib, macaroni and cheese, and fried spicy cauliflower.
The food was terribly bland, no seasoning whatsoever. My chicken was very dry. The macaroni and cheese was also very under seasoned. We were very disappointed.

Drinks, appetizers, and dinner items are too expensive for this type of atmosphere. I would rather go to Hudson’s on lane.

The food was disappointing. I ordered a chicken wrap and fries, but the fries arrived cold. The wrap wasn’t assembled properly, and I couldn’t take a single bite without everything falling apart onto my plate. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the experience.

Houlihans is one of our go to places. We like the variety of menu items, although some of our favorites are gone. The friendliness of the staff varies, although the wait staff is usually good and the host staff can sometimes be indifferent. The food is usually good and the portions are just right. I wish the prices were not increasing at an alarming rate.
We truly enjoyed our night out at Houlihan's! Hadn't been for YEARS and it was a delightful surprise. Service was outstanding, price-point was amazing, and all that we ate was quite good! We both got the three-course menu for (I think) $27 and it seemed like a great deal! We are totally going back soon :)
Solid restaurant if you are looking a decent meal and nice staff. Food is nothing special.
Hidden gem alert. They seriously need to market better in Columbus. Imagine if Applebee’s, Chili’s, Longhorn, Outback, Red Lobster never franchised and were still as good as the 90s/ early 2000s. Houlihan’s is by far the most bang for your buck American comfort food restaurant in Cbus. Prices are really so beyond fair it’s like this is the last oasis left surviving the scourge of inflation. The ambience and decor were also pleasantly surprising. Service was top notch, our server Michelle was super helpful, bubbly and kind. Recommendations: cauliflower, scallops, steak and that damn good twice baked potato souffle. Just wow.

I don't want to have to verify twice to do a stupid survey. You also have the wrong name on the survey. I am NOT JOHN DOODY? WTF?
