Service was not at all good with our original serve. However, once the more experienced servicer was alerted (by me) she helped to remedy the situation. At a steak house price point, I would not expect bad service.

On a recent visit to Hyde Park I had an unfortunate experience and offered a critical review. HP management was quick to respond and I am exceptionally impressed by their attention and concern that they deliver wonderful experiences every time. I am adjusting my review accordingly and look forward to my next Hyde Park visit.

You can always expect a five-star experience at any Hyde Park Restaurant from the minute you walk in the door. The service is white glove and the food is exceptional. I have never been disappointed here.
