Moretti's Of Arlington

Overall good experience. Mains took a long time to come out, to the point that we all started looking around for our server, as we had run out of conversation. Service was good otherwise and special requests were kindly met. My only beef was our table. Even though I had made a reservation specifying a celebration, we were weirdly seated in the middle of the first dining room. Plenty of cozy booths were available. My view was of extra chairs and the booster seats, so not very esthetic. Arancini was the all around favorite thing we had, which also included meatballs, chicken parm, chicken piccata and the sausage lasagna. Portions were large and everything was good apart from the lasagna noodles which seemed uncooked and floury. I will definitely be back for the arancini.

This is the second time we’ve eaten here while staying in the area for Buckeye Football, this time we sat at the bar. Service was excellent, cocktails were great, food was really good. We couldn’t finish the cheesecake, too big a portion

I went here this evening. The server was so dismissive. Barely even came to greet me after she saw me and after she seated me, almost 15 minutes went by, I put on my timer, she talked to other guests and when my timer was running out. I asked her if I’m going to get a service. She said dismissively as she walked away “are you ready to order?” I said “yes” she walked away ti greet guests that were still coming in. I have self respect so I took my business elsewhere. Tacky and not well mannered to treat all guests the same.

Awful service but amazing food. Went there for a birthday and was left pretty disappointed. Made a reservation and had to sit on a bench at an outside table because you literally can’t hear inside the restaurant. When I asked if we could sit at the table with chairs that had backs, they said “someone came in 10 minutes ago and wanted that table” even tho we had made reservations.. no one ended up sitting there for like 30 more minutes. Had to wait sooo long to even get drinks. They were even out of the dish I ordered lol.. yay happy birthday. Try the sawmill location, maybe service will be better. Or maybe just get take out. Not worth going

We LOVE sitting at the bar and having Jack serve us, entertain us, provide our drinks! He is the best Columbus can offer! Come to Moretti’s I. Upper Arlington and see for yourself!

Amazing experience! Came in for a little family dinner. It definitely was a good night. Our service was amazing and the atmosphere is very modern but has character. The food was 10/10. I mean, you can't go wrong with pasta, but this was top teir for sure. Will definitely be coming back!

Our family reunion was held here- I can not say enough nice things about our experience- the food was delicious, the service was great- and it was so wonderful to have the whole patio for our huge family.

Had reservations for a birthday celebration, called 2 hrs before and “they” cancelled our reservation with no explanation! Food has always only been average nowhere near as good as Morretis Dublin. Horrible customer service.
