Delicious. Pancakes are fluffy. Omelette savory. I personally got the apple pancake. It’s like a Dutch baby with apples and a cinnamon glaze. It was excellent. Service was quick and friendly. Let us know their most popular items. Coffee top offs aplenty. Great restaurant!!

Came with my wife for an early lunch, the pancakes were undercooked. Service was shockingly bad, the server with orange hair was in such a rush, so the whole service was unpleasant and uncomfortable. Your staff needs a lot of training. Your place needs a lot of cleaning, the booths and floor were filthy. I imagine what's going on in the kitchen.

Breakfast for two was over $65, and all I got was a side of hashbrowns. Wasn’t told or shown on the menu that EACH topping on the hashbrowns was an extra $2.50. So, when you ask for all the vegetables and some cheese as a topping, you’re ordering $25 hashbrowns. When we asked the manager about it, she said they tell waiters not to tell customers that it’s that pricey because customers wouldn’t order it. Like, yeah, we wouldn’t have because we can’t afford that. She took off a small discount and apologized, but we still ended up paying $55 for two.
Don’t get me wrong. Food was delicious. Just super disappointed that the extra costs weren’t communicated to us or clear on the menu. Hopefully they make a change so customers aren’t as shocked as we were when we got our bill.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We sat for over 20 minutes without a single person acknowledging us, and when we finally did get service, it took another 15 minutes just to bring coffee and water. The food didn’t make up for the wait — the corned beef hash was mushy, bland, and honestly unappetizing. The service and quality were far below what I’d expect. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Update to the owners response.
Answering by order:
1. I was seated by a host at the front patio. There were many people around us. Also, a couple that walked after us and was seated got their food before we got coffee and water.
2. I don’t know what you’re talking about, but we were there at 10:30AM not closing time.
3. No item or any “Free meal” was giving to us.
You should be ashamed for a response like that without even fact checking yourself. I will not come back to this restaurant ever again.

I love their apple pancake. I’ve been eating this since I was a child in Michigan. They use top quality ingredients there. Buckwheat pancakes are also yummy.

My girlfriend took me here for the first time today and it was AMAZING!!! I got the dollar pancakes and I got 12 of them and I still took about 5 home. I also ordered the hashbrowns, next time I might ask for them a little more well done, but nonetheless they were still good, my girlfriend got eggs with hers and she said they were really good as well. Dani was our server and she was great!

My nanny kids and I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 2 years and let me tell you, this place runs as one big family. Every single time were greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles. Our drinks and even full breakfast order is always remembered by the staff, even though were often sat with diffrent servers. My kids even get balloons without asking often. They just go above and beyond every time; worth every penny. Big shoutout to the GM <3 we love you!

I brought my girlfriend who lives in North Carolina into my absolute favorite OPH, Upper Arlington. We were both impressed as usual. We had French toast, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, coffee and that delicious fresh orange juice. The food was delicious!! We were greeted with all smiles. No wait. Our server, Dani was so precious. She briefed us on the menu and gave us her suggestions. She was attentive but not overly so, which was greatly appreciated. We were even greeted by your manager, Alexa. She stopped by our table and welcomed my friend to Columbus and wished us safe travels on our girls trip. Nice touch! The restaurant itself was clean, neat and cozy!! We'll always make this our number one breakfast stop on future girls trips. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The food is good but I come for the service! We always ask for Collin and he continues to take good care of us each time. Brought the whole family in this last week and he had us in and out in great time!
