It was Christmas Eve. The service was very slow and they were sold out of all bowls by 6:00. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry and we understand they were busy but it would have been nice to have their kitchen stocked.

The service and ambiance are 5 star. The food has never been great but it's fine. If they could just improve the food a bit, this place would be wonderful.

The aesthetic of the restaurant fits the whole vibe with a neutral palette and a lot of greenery. The menu looked so good, so it was hard for us to pick what we wanted! We already talked about returning again after the holidays so that we can try different dishes. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, there are a lot of non-alc options that are still fun to drink!

We have eaten here several times and always had a very good experience. Celebrating my birthday, my choice was SOW Plated. On a very cold night, we were offered a table right by the door. We asked for another table (there was several). Our server got "nicer" as the dinner progressed and turned out to be wonderful. Flatbread was tasty but sparse on ingredients. Beet salad is the best in the city!

Vibe is nice, meal selections are varied. There is no bad choice on the dishes. Only negative is during Happy Hour you only receive the Happy Hour price if you sit in a certain area. This should be for the entire restaurant. I believe they'd do more business if the restaurant didn't limit it to a small area.

I visited SOW Plated a few weeks back with my family, and overall it was a memorable experience that reflects the restaurant’s emphasis on Sustainable, Organic, and Wellness-focused dining. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and intentional, matching their philosophy of clean, thoughtful eating. The dishes we ordered showcased that commitment—everything tasted incredibly fresh, and several plates offered unique, vibrant flavors that stood out from typical restaurant fare.
The non-vegetarian options were especially impressive. Each dish was seasoned beautifully and felt both wholesome and indulgent at the same time. However, the vegetarian item we tried fell a bit short; it lacked the same depth of flavor and creativity that the other dishes delivered, which was a little disappointing considering the restaurant’s wellness-forward branding.
One area that definitely needs improvement is the service. Our server was not very attentive, and we frequently found ourselves trying to flag them down for basic needs. Additionally, the dessert took more than 20 minutes to arrive, which disrupted the flow of the meal.
Despite these service hiccups, SOW Plated still offers a refreshing dining experience with its clean ingredients and standout flavors. With a bit more attention to service consistency, it could easily become a top favorite.

SOW Plated (Sustainable Organic Wellness) offers great tasting, healthy food with friendly service and a pleasant ambiance. Our favorite entree is the Faroe Island Salmon. Delicious!

Love this place. Everything is delicious. The quality of food is rare. Organic ingredients, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options available. Great service.

We've been for brunch, lunch, and dinner. All were delicious. Steak Tacos are great! As is the Mediterranean Bowl with the ginger chicken 👌 For brunch, you can't go wrong with the short rib hash.

Delicious, healthy, fresh food - a great place to grab a meal to catch up with friends or even celebrate an occasion. They were able to make modifications to the dishes, they particularly made my dish spicier as requested.

Would highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer, it is well cooked and flavorful.

Update: went for brunch here. Got the chicken sweet potato biscuit sliders, which tasted good, but would say they are on the dry side. The cacao cake is definitely delicious and surprisingly paired well with the goji berry ice cream.

Very disappointing. Food was meh, service was not great. Excited to go but did not live up to expectations or previous experience. Cauliflower was swimming in syrup. Only thing you could taste. The gnocchi was mealy and the Waygu steak sandwich, well, it was just boring and dull no seasoning. If it isn't waygu, I wouldn't be surprised. Could bring a glass for a can of beer. Very dissapointing

Overpriced and poor service

The waitress did not verify my sons age, and gave him alcohol. My son is 19. Luckily my son caught and did not finish it. He's on medication as well that can not mix with alcohol. The food was bland, and service was super slow. We had a large party with us. We only got 1 fill of water and never received more water for people to drink. And prices was high for food. Will not be back.

I've eaten at SOW plated several times, and each time has been a wonderful experience. I have brought international client groups for lunch, they always appreciate the diversity of the menu with vegan, vegetarian and meat options. I've had nice lunches with my wife on the patio, whichi is nice and quiet. The food is always excellent as is the service. Thanks SOW team.
