Not all of their menu items taste good but I like 5 items and I noticed my nose did not run after eating, so the food appears to be dairy free and EXCEPTIONALLY HEALTHY...The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. This is my favorite restaurant!!!

Having to use my phone as a menu was annoying. Getting a flavorless veggie burger that was a salad between buns was ridiculous. Portions were small. Staff were nice.
The ingredients did seem very fresh, and if you're a health nut or you like fish, this might be for you. If you're a vegetarian that wants an actual meal, this place doesn't seem to have an actual option for you. I'm going to eat again when I get home (after spending 50 dollars)

Incredible food and drinks for the price and atmosphere. Service was excellent. Have not been to another restaurant with as many great dairy free and upscale vegan options in Columbus as this before. Cocktails are excellent as well. Can't wait to come back.

The hostess seated me at the “happy hour” table I decided to try.. I sat there for 20 minutes with no service.. several waiters and the hostess herself walked by without a word??? Not sure what was wrong but it was far from “happy”.
And as I left the hostess said have a nice day ????

Their signature salad was delicious! Best I’ve had in a while! I had the beet juice cocktail which was also delicious, innovative, and refreshing.

First timer! As a plant-based eater, I've found a new place! Great food selections! Everything was tasty! Even the chia pudding dessert which I normally don't care for! The atmosphere was great- lived all the greenery! And our server Brooke was super friendly, attentive and efficient! Even the other non-based eaters in our party loved it! Definitely returning!

I was in for dinner tonight with a friend. The ambiance was beautiful. I loved the sow burger/ hummus. I got their vanilla cold brew as a pick me up. It was all delicious. I’ll def be back for a quick bite before work. The staff was kind and food came out quick!

SOW Plated used to be a world class culinary destination. This is no longer the case. They have clearly elected to cheapen the food selections, which is obvious. For example: the Steak and Shrimp dish used to be a delight. It was a nice cut of steak, three large tiger prawn type shrimp, a medley of whole colorful potatoes, and a nice size head of broccolini. This was a signature dish and it was topped with a delightful sauce. Everyone I introduced to this loved it. But, this is no longer the case. If you don’t believe me stop in and you will get the following (I wish I took a picture):
A small cut of beef, three or four shrimp you might expect in your local takeout Chinese food, three small yellow potatoes cut into quarters (think breakfast potatoes), and diced broccolini. This dish sells for $48 and it looks like it would be better served at a diner as steak and potatoes hash for breakfast. The sauce is not good, not sure what they did but now it seems some type of tomato based thing. Not good.
I tend to not write reviews. My hope is someone who made this awful choice to cheapen the food will rethink that “nobody notices.” We noticed!
