Just went thru the drive thru. The employee who was tending the window was super kind and had wonderful customer service. she made my day a little more brighter. Just wanted to stop and take a minute to recognize her and you guys for doing a wonderful job.

Was served by this girl named Millie , she rolled her eyes when i asked for an extra straw & napkins and had a very disconnected look on her face and was not presented well . Drinks were good though !

I’m not going to blame the workers for the race to the bottom for Starbucks in terms of labor cost and experience but wow - 20+ minutes for two cold brews? Why would you have three people on for a Sunday morning near an upper class area AND campus??? I was a barista for multiple years and I would be pissed if I showed up to a shift like that with two other people. Why the hell would I ever order ahead if drive through orders are prioritized - which was still moving slow. Can’t wait for Starbucks to not reply to this because I’m calling out their labor policies and prioritizing whatever corporate policy they feel like prioritizing on that particular day of the week. Get a grip - can’t wait for the brand to be gone one day. No sweat off my back not spending $12 for two coffees worth $1.50. Good luck!

A terrible experience. I just would like to grab a morning coffee and went to my class. There were few people inside and at drive-thru, but it took 10 minutes to get my cold brew. It was terribly slow. I didn’t like the attitude of the guy. Half&half and oat milk were free. WiFi was broken.
Because this location is the closest Starbucks around west campus with a free parking lot, I have to come here for breakfast. I am pretty sure that their service is usually slow in the morning.

I ordered a drink for here and sat in the cafe for an hour reading. My drink came in a plastic to go cup, so despite me buying a drink and sitting in the cafe for an hour, they argued with me for asking for a refill of iced tea since I had a to go cup. Sorry the barista put it in that? Not my fault. Didn’t know Starbucks employees were the refill police now. I was a partner for FOUR years and would’ve never done that to a customer. Chill.

I come here often and lately more time than not my drink isn't right. Today was one of those days. I asked for one shot of espresso in my broen sugar. I get to the window and see how dark ut is, meaning it has more than 1 shot. I mention does it have more than one shot it looks dark. The barista asks the maker and she says yes I actually remade it cuz it had 2 in it. No you didn't this is thenone you made incorrectly. So drove to 5th ave grandview location to get it made correctly. Other issue is not filling up drinks to order...leaving room. These drinks aren't cheap therefore should be getting my monies worth no matter how many shots I ask for.

I come to this location often, and usually have no problem. Today was a different story. An employee named “Beowoulf??” gave me the absolute worst service I have ever had. He is extremely rude, he kept cutting me off and telling me to “pull around pull around” before I could finish ordering. I did not receive what I had wanted because he would not give me the time of day. He gives starbucks a bad look.

Update to Starbucks response to my review: that's great that any employee is happy to remake the drink at no cost. However, most people won't drive back when they are now 15 miles away and discovered the tea bag paper swimming in their tea cup. No thanks.

This is a second Starbucks in one week where they screwed up my Earl grey tea. I mean is it even possible to screw up making tea? Yes, this Starbucks figured that out. It's just water and a tea bag. Yet this Starbucks didn't even bother to make sure the paper tag is not in the cup. They just threw the whole thing in. No, I do not want paper (and all the color on it) dissolved in my hot tea. Gross.
