Consistently great service after coming over a 4 week period. Drink tasted great each time. The store was clean and especially the bathrooms are always very clean.Rene is always smiling and offering a cheerful greeting. I know the drive thru is always busy but the inside has always been manageable each time I visited.I managed to successfully utilize WiFi and work for about an hour each visit. I have also witnessed the staff help customers with the menu when needed or offer suggestions.

Great service! Small shop, but lots of windows. Music volume creates a nice ambience by staying in the background so you can chat or read or scroll in a relaxing setting.Ample free Parking... most of the time. Peak hours can get crowded, but no surprise there. Handicap parking right at the door, with no curb (no automatic door, but overall accessible).Dietary restrictions: Keto friendlyLow carb friendly

I've had very bad customer service experiences with the night shift employees here. Several baristas have never bothered saying thank you or responding with any form of politeness at the drive thru window. They often slam the window on my face after giving my order to me or any member of my family.

DARK ROAST AND DRIP COFFEE DRINKERS: I have never had this happen at any Starbucks ever, but if you order in the afternoon, they'll give you old barely-warm coffee instead of doing a pour over. (Most stores stop making dark roast after 10-11am.) You should specifically ask for a pour over. I waited for my drink, so this was not a case of late pickup and coffee sitting on the counter. (I called, and they apologized and made a note for me to come back the next day for re-do)MOBILE ORDER PICKUP: If you select in-store pickup, they have no dedicated parking spaces here. There are three ADA spaces at the front of the store. (It's a little strip of stores.)CUSTOMIZATIONS: They did a good job with customizations and the milk/sugar to coffee ratio. I prefer stores that go a bit overboard rather than not adding enough. Too bad they gave me old coffee that wasn't even hot...Parking: MOBILE ORDER PICKUP: If you select in-store pickup, they have no dedicated parking spaces here. You won't catch me at Starbucks very often. I don't like coffee, and Starbucks uses Tao chai mix, which is not the best, imo. Since that first time ever trying their chai some 30 years ago, I've only ever gone to a Starbucks if I'm with others that stop, nothing more. I rode along with a coworker this week to this location, and happened to notice their Matcha Latte on their drive-thru menu board, so I went ahead and got their medium (no folks, I don't know, nor care, their sizes; this is not Italy). It was a decent drink, but the color was too mint green to be true quality matcha powder used. Heads up: this location's drive-thru always seems to be 10 cars deep between 7-8:30 am, so plan accordingly. Austin was working the window, polite and friendly demeaner, very thorough. I also tried their egg white, Swiss and turkey bacon breakfast sandwich, which was good. Nothing spectacular, but filling. YOU CAN NOT ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM THEIR SANDWICHES; apparently, they are premade somewhere else and delivered to Starbucks. It's processes like this that make me cringe at worldwide corporate chain restaurants.

If I could give a zero I would have this location is always out of things and the last time I came through there was a receipt in my mocha frappe? I don’t know why every time I come to this Starbucks specifically I have issues a refund would not make up for all the time I have wasted trying to come here and order what I would at any Starbucks do not come to this location you are wasting your time and money. The staff is rude every single time and no one can ever help you with anything.

For the price, the service and product do not make sense anymore. I believe this is my last Starbucks. No one in line but spent 10min to get service from someone, waited 10min for them to make one drink and finished by paying $5.25 for cup of ice with some coffee in it. They even asked for a tip....what a weird world we live in.
