Put in a pick up order and the process was simple enough. Told my food would be ready around 6:03. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:04. My food wasn't ready. The staff member upfront seemed ill prepared for me entering. I told him my name and he wildly mispronounced it several times and even went back to the kitchen where I could overhear them joking about the way my name was pronounced while STILL pronouncing it incorrectly. I got my food 30 minutes later. Got home. Fries : ice cold. Tots: also cold. My wings were well made and that was the saving grace of my meal. I was a little dissatisfied because I've been here several times and never had service like this. Overall it just wasn't the best experience.

Writing this review per the request of a new customer name PUAPua states the customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. He highly recommends this place. The servers LELE and C were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

We ordered from uber eats. When our order arrived, they didn't give us our sides or drinks. When I called the store, the lady hung up on me. I called back and left a voicemail.

The wings are good and they have very interesting flavor combinations like Chipotle Citrus. I ordered online and picked it up so the three stars for the atmosphere and service isn't really fair, but they were busy when I arrived and quite a few people were waiting, so pick up was slow. I will definitely eat here again, I enjoyed my meal.

ms heather is the most humble , nicest woman i met while i spent my time in columbus. Before i even ordered , i ordered somewhere else and they cancelled my order and kept my money , so i ordered a large order pretty close to their closing times . but she first off stayed open later to make sure we got our food after we called (we just left a concert so we was running behind) , she then explained that she came in on her off day to help her husband who also worked there( like most us women!!). we asked for a drink and she graciously discounted us ! all she asked was that we leave a review and promote her business! heather baby you are amazing, great! i hope you keep pushing through your hard times and days when u just dont know whats coming next, i really thank you for this u really made my night , blessings to you !!

Switched to Door Dash for deliveries, which is consistently terrible. No option to add delivery instructions, and I’d like my tip to go to Wings Over employees who actually depart while my food is still

Heather was chill, food was not good at all. I ordered 2 loaded tender sandwiches and the chicken was like half the size of the bun with a mouth full of buffalo sauce. The chicken was the size of my finger, tots were over cooked and tasted like they were in the freezer for too long. Disappointed ??
