We came here tonight to try their new Strawberry Jam Bacon Donut Burger and not only was it phenomenal, but everything else we ordered was amazing. The service was top tier and all the staff so friendly. So happy we decided to support local tonight!
Just ate lunch at Mindy’s Airport Cafe! I go Skiing at Mad river mountain a few times a week and always pass this cafe. Been wanting to try it and finally got the chance to. I got the Beef Hot Shot and it was great! Great environment and food. Definitely recommend.

The mixed veggies were deliciously buttery. The slaw is homemade and sweet. Quite good. It's always fun to visit airport joints like this.
