Listen, you AIN’T had great tasting pizza unless you have gotten it from Pizza Factory located Utica, OH‼️ They’re a small establishment but mighty big in taste!!! OMGoodness, you know it’s off da chain when the wait is an hour and a half on Fridays but we’ll worth it!! We have tried others (I won’t call names) but they are in close proximity of Utica and Mount Vernon and absolutely NO ONE, NO pizza establishment can touch Pizza Factory‼️‼️‼️ The first bite and your hooked!! Keep up the great work Pizza Factory!!! Your customer service is impeccable and your pizza is thoroughly enjoyed immensely!! No other taste will do‼️‼️ Happy Pizza Factory Customer for sure‼️

I keep going back to give them chances and their pizza is good but 9/10 my order is wrong or I wait longer then quoted. I have gotten BLT twice and I get home and the only thing on it is bacon which is super disappointing. The pizza is good I just wish I got what I ordered :/

Can’t even give this 1 star. The lady that was fixing me and my husbands subs today she was fixing my Philly steak and was taking the toppings off when she was getting it ready and was eating the toppings and licking her fingers and touching my sub no gloves on and continuing to eat stuff and licking her fingers next my husband’s sub was a chicken parmesan sub she dropped the chicken on the floor and picked it up and put it on the sub bun and put cheese on it and put it through the oven. Just pure disgusting and won’t be back
