the food has now twice made my partner and i sick. the breadsticks are incredibly underdone and doughy and doused in so much butter it's inedible, and they don't bother to cut the food sometimes (calzones, pizzas) usually delivery was good but lately it's been consistently 15-20min late and when we asked for contactless we had the driver banging on our door demanding we sign for tip (have NEVER signed for them before so this was odd) after we'd already paid and left a tip online. decently good food but unfortunately don't think we will be returning

I called in and the young lady was super shaky in her voice and quiet, she had me repeat what i wanted 3 times and my phone number twice. I didn’t get a thank you or anything she said it’ll be ready soon and hung up very disappointed, the atmosphere was okay the floors had food on them but not too much. The food was rather cold and messy when i got it. The new owners are hiring anyone at this point very unsatisfied and i asked for normal cut and it was pie.

I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing their posts on my local community Facebook page, but I’m not sure that I will be back. The pizza was decent, but had barely any cheese on it, which was disappointing since I ordered (and paid for) extra cheese. The person who took my carry out order seemed to be pretty distracted on the phone. I had to repeat my contact number and my order (for one pizza) twice, and I still did not end up getting what I asked for.

We really gave the new owners a fair try. The first pizza was very good. The next three times we ordered went from bad to worse. Definitely not the original Stone bros quality.
I have to say this is the best pizza I have come across in a very long time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza & the Blitz.

Wait time was almost 2 hours for 1 pizza…
Meanwhile our whole group got their items and the workers didn’t seem to care … I was told it would be out twice and it never came … we ended up taking it home and it was not even cut or hot do not waste your hard earned money on this when better spots are all around !

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings when I arrived to pick up they said one of the pizzas got stuck in cooking process and if I was willing to wait they would make me another or give me the money back on my card for that pizza and I thought well the rest of the food will get could if I wait so I said the money returned to card would work so I wouldn’t have to wait (pizza looked like they dropped it to me ) but sauce on pizza tasted like marinara sauce and not pizza sauce and the second pizza was just as bad and the wings tasted like they were dipped in pure mustard and the garlic parm had no taste at all. But they never did return the money onto the card and they were the ones who offered to do so
