Taco Restaurants near Utica

“We order from C&E Pizza often and really like the food. However, if they are busy, I might think twice before ordering. We ordered delivery from C&E Pizza this evening. We were told it would be around an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery and we were fine with that. Two hours later we called and they told us they were close. Another 30 minutes and we were told they had gotten the address wrong but were on the way. On arrival I asked the delivery driver how long our food had been in the car and the response was 15 minutes which was obviously not true given how cold the food was. Called back to C&E Pizza to let them know our food was cold and that we were mostly frustrated that they weren’t honest with us. They offered us an unspecified credit but then added that they had “tried to call us multiple times”, which is upsetting because it was obviously not true. (Hard to imagine they messed up our address and our phone number). I said no thanks to the credit because that wasn’t what I was looking for with my call. Again, we were just mostly frustrated with how it was handled. Their food is good. I’d be careful if they are busy.“
