When they first opend the coffee was wonderful and the staff was very kind. Nowadays they are never open the coffee taste very different and not in a good way. The staff always seems unhappy to be working that day. Being closed Monday's is crazy that's when people need it the most.

They charged me $6.25 for a medium Americano. This is double what I am charged anywhere else. I was shocked and asked if that was right and they assured me it was. And then it tasted weak and watered down, wasn’t even good. Would not go back.

I absolutely love this place, especially during the Holidays. Absolutely stunning and the service is outstanding.

We have found our new FAVORITE spot! We walked in not knowing what to expect except for the fact they have homemade biscuits & gravy called “Bonnie & Clyde.” That was just a hint to the fantastic ambience of this well themed bistro! Can’t wait to go back - again & again!!!

So cutely decorated, the girls working were quick to acknowledge us and my Iced Latte was FABULOUS…..I have my favorite coffee spots but this place by far beats them all!!! Our breakfast was good too.

If they ask if you want the extra toppings….YES you do ?

6.25 for an Americano in UTICA. Odd being both the most expensive and worst Americano I have had.

In response to the business reply, there is no receipt. Your business utilizes toast or something similar. I purchased a medium americano this morning. You should have your own records to verify that unless I was charged for something different. My chief complaints were in regard to the price and quality of the drink.

As for the paid review allegation, that is laughable. You certainly cannot expect Google to verify a coffee purchase. Nor can you expect customers to have a receipt when you do not automatically provide one. I have never been asked to prove I purchased a coffee in my life.

I love this coffee shop! So nice to have something local. My favorite is the turkey BLT and their sweet treats are amazing!

Got their signature razz tastes amazing! And the service was stellar. I’m recovering from surgery and Andrea helped me to my car. Charming shop with nice atmosphere. Total recommend.

When I went I got the Cats meow and it was really good. I got no extra stuff on it and it was really good it was 6.49$ and it was a pretty good deal. I love how they open so early for school students for the morning. Over all rating 9/10
