Love the chai lattes here! Staff is always super friendly & welcoming. The decor is a wonderful throwback & very nostalgic. They gave my dog bacon so that also melts my heart. Amazing vibes all around & a great small biz to support in downtown Utica.
As someone with celiac, I can’t say enough good things about Jitterbug Café! Their gluten-free options are not only safe but absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The cozy atmosphere, perfect coffee, and genuinely warm customer service make this small-town gem a true treasure.
Riley and her coworker on friday july 18th, made me and my family feel so welcomed! they have such great energy and were kind hearted people. had us coming back the next day. Great workers that a company would be glad to have.
