Wonderful dining experience. Theresa was our server. She was incredibly busy the day we visited but still made sure that all of our needs were met. What a wonderful server! The food was great ,as usual. You can always expect delicious home cooking. Nothing is fancy but everything is wonderful. I love the nostalgic charm of the dining room. And you can't beat the baked goods. The pies are top-notch.

They always had the best cabbage rolls on the menu and took it off. I would come from Columbus for them. Needless to say, no point in coming back.

I am a regular customer at Watt's Restaurant. The food is always delicious, like mom used to make❗️ What really makes it special are the friendly and hard-working employees❗️
Theresa Petryka , (who usually waits on my table) always has a big, welcoming smile and goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy and enjoying their meal. You are very fortunate to have her, as she is an exceptional employee 🤗❗️

I got chicken and noodles to go. I got 6 oz. Of pita pea. A tiny container and maybe 12 oz of chicken and noodles. It was half of what you get when u dine in. So do not order to go. It is a rip off!!

Watts Family Restaurant in Utica, Ohio, is a delightful gem that offers a nostalgic dining experience reminiscent of good old-fashioned home cooking. From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a step back in time. The decor is charmingly simple, adorned with vintage photographs and memorabilia that evoke a sense of history and community.

The menu at Watts Family Restaurant is a treasure trove of comfort food that brings back fond memories of family dinners and hearty meals. With a variety of options that cater to all tastes, you’re sure to find something that satisfies your cravings. I started my meal with a bowl of their famous chicken noodle soup, which was exactly what I was hoping for—rich, flavorful broth filled with tender chicken and fresh vegetables. It’s the kind of soup that warms you from the inside out and sets the tone for the rest of the meal.

For my main course, I opted for the classic meatloaf, a dish that many restaurants have forgotten about but one that Watts does exceptionally well. The meatloaf was moist and flavorful, topped with a tangy glaze, and served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. Each bite was a comforting reminder of home-cooked meals, and I appreciated the generous portion size. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in preparing hearty, satisfying dishes that evoke a sense of nostalgia.

The dessert selection at Watts Family Restaurant is equally impressive, with homemade pies that are a must-try. I sampled a slice of their apple pie, which was baked to perfection with a flaky crust and a generous filling of spiced apples. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal, and it truly felt like something you’d expect from a family gathering.

The service at Watts Family Restaurant was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The staff genuinely seemed to care about providing a pleasant dining experience, and it added to the overall charm of the restaurant.

In conclusion, Watts Family Restaurant in Utica, Ohio, is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking good old-fashioned food in a welcoming environment. With its comforting menu, nostalgic atmosphere, and friendly service, it’s a place where you can enjoy a meal that feels like a warm hug. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this restaurant is worth a visit for a taste of home.

Staff was super nice, nice atmosphere, fast service , sweet tea was awesome, baked goods looked amazing, clean. Food not so good. I was expecting a home cooked meal from all the reviews. Tasted and looked more like hospital food. Way overpriced for the quality

Side dishes were served room temperature, had to send them back to heat up. Server was sweet. I did enjoy the banana salad. I had seafood platter, shrimp was good, everything else was mediocre.
