“This little hole in the wall deserves more attention. Though they are usually running low on something or another, Everything that I've tried from them has been delicious! They are a small team of probably home cook that know how to make delicious food. Honestly, when I call to order and they tell me they might not have something I just reply with "It's ok, just make it good". They give you the hook up too! all their items can feed up to 2 people. Trust me, just try out their chicken empanada and you'll be back before you know it wanting to try out more.“

“We came to Barroco's on Larchmere for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday. We live an hour away and regularly try new and interesting places. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a creative menu of food and cocktails. Our server, Brianna P, took amazing care of us with recommendations that were on-point! All of us in our party were very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Brianna for such great service!“

“Las Villas hizo toda la comida para la fiesta de mi hija. TODO estuvo fenomenal!! Criada en PR, comido de todo, esto fue top class!! Marisela Dechamps, la encargada, nos trató con tanto cariño y súper servicial. Desde los quesitos, tornillitos, pernil, arroz con gandules, empanadas, yuca, amarillos, y los flanes, todo con mucho detalle. Siempre se nota cuando la gente trabaja con orgullo y el negocio trata al cliente como uno de ellos. Muchísimas gracias a todos por ayudarme celebrar a mi hija tan bien!! “Their empanada "tacos" combine the best parts of both empanadas and tacos. They come in a fried shell, use a crunchy slaw filling, and have a delicious sauce that complements them perfectly. These are to die for. It's unfortunate that the new location makes it difficult to pick up now. We used to get them all the time at the old location, even though it was a bit of a drive for us.“

“Sad that I hadn’t ventured here sooner. The atmosphere was calm and exciting at the same time. The guac was impressive, and the chips were perfect…and then the food came.
I was not at all expecting to have a steak this good. I can normally pick apart a steak but literally nothing on the plate was anything short of perfect. The potatoes were next level.
What an amazing meal.“
