Went here for dinner. Wife and I ordered salads and they were average. No frills, just the bare necessities.Server was attentive.

Waitress was attentive and quick to bring food. Our salad was very simple. Bagged salad mix with a few tomatoes on either side and a small cut up grilled chicken breast.

Dietary restrictions: I had her hold the cheese because of dairy allergy and chopped red onions (preference).

Held a Birthday party for my 90 year old uncle. They gave us plenty of space and were very helpful with the planning and service. They helped to make his day special.

Lunch on a Sunday. Seems a little dark for the atmosphere. Wait staff was great and cared for us well. The food was very good.

Waitress was absolutely horrible. 3 tables and it still took over a hour to get our meals. Was out of pretty much every drink. My steak was pretty well okay the other halfs still had a heart beat and was ordered medium well. Potatoes came out cold. And ran out of my drink before dinner actually came. Finally got one after was finished with my meal. Had heard good things about the main location thought we would try it while here in Van Wert. Will definately not be coming back.

My steak was overcooked and was so chewy I could not eat it. The chips were overcooked as well. The place looks very run down and has dirty windows...terrible atmosphere inside and out. My husband had the chicken strips and said it was the worst meal he has ever had! We will not go back...very disappointing!

We were so disappointed with our experience. Two in our party ordered chicken tender meals. The menu stated these dinners come with a side salad. Side salads were not provided. The chicken "tenders" we tough and hard to chew. Our server was far from attentive and never offered refills of soda. The atmosphere was just weird. No music playing in the background and oddly quiet, allowing conversations throughout to be heard clearly by others. Definitely won't be returning.

About a month ago, we stopped in at 6pm wanting to have dinner before a PAC center event that started at 7:30. We didn’t end up getting our food until 7:15. We had them box it up and we ate at home at 10pm. We decided to give them another chance and go earlier at 5:30 pm before this months PAC center event at 7:30pm. We got there at 5:30 and there were 2 groups to be seated in front of us. We were seated at 5:45. At 6:00 pm a waitress came over and gave us silverware and said someone will be with you. At 6:15 after being seated for a half hour with not even so much as a drink order, we knew it was a miss AGAIN. So we walked out. People always want us to shop and eat local. We’ve tried.

We were in town for the first time to attend the Travis Tritt Concert. They were busy, but we were hoping that was a normal weekend trend. It took forever for someone to take our drink order, we order appetizer and our meal. It took 45 minutes to get an appetizer, and that was after I asked if someone could check on it. The onion rings came out half cooked and didn't even look good. Two families of 4 left while we were waiting for our dinner. Drinks were not being refilled. It looked like they had 4 waitresses, which should have been plenty, but they went in back and never came back out. If you went to pay, you better expect to wait another 15 minutes or more to cash out. When we got dinner, I had to send mine back because it didn't have what I asked for. That was another long wait, then it tasted awful. I ended up not eating, and we ran thru DQ before the concert. We ended up leaving a larger tip than we wanted, just getting outta there and not having to wait on change.

Most of the bartenders are great but there's this one that looks like a wife to a biker gang. She's constantly being rude to me despite my efforts to be nice and respectful. I used to go a lot but I refuse to go at night because of this woman.

The table was dirty. We got there before dinner service, so we were able to order pretty quickly and got our drinks. They did not have the meal my husband wanted, so he had to choose something else. His filet came out over cooked/burned after he ordered medium. It got really busy at that time and we couldn't find our waitress, so he ate it anyway. We finished and waited for quite a while to get our bill.
